This guy picked on 4 court cases that don't even fully accomplish what he seems to think it does. And chooses to ignore the Tisdale v. Obama decision in 2009, countless other cases from the last century, the fact that we had another president (Arthur) who had non-US Citizen parents, and just common sense.
I never understood why some people chose to attack Obama on this issue - surely, if you dislike a president, you can find a hundred things that they do to validate your arguments about why they are bad.

There have been hundreds of gun deaths in the US just over the last couple of weeks. And there will be hundreds more over the next couple of weeks.
Heck, even Vermont - what some want to call the safest state in the Union, a state with a tiny population - has had three gun deaths since the massacre at Sandy Hook.
Every year, the gun death toll is 10 times the death toll of 9/11. Americans with guns kill more Americans than any foreign terrorist ever did or ever will.

This is not the case for London. London allows self-sponsoring and when the petitioner uses a co-sponsor, only the co-sponsor needs to provide the I-134 and their supporting financial documents.

First off, it's pretty disconcerting that you would refer to a person as a "something" and it sounds like you are treating this like a shopping trip. I hope that this is just poorly written!
Second, you're previous marriage will probably raise red flags given its short duration. I don't know if there's a real rule, but like TJandJR said, try asking about it in the region specific forum.

Seeing how long some of you have waited breaks my heart. I last saw mine in November when he came over for two weeks as a birthday present for me. Before that I hadn't seen him in 6 months. Now I might fly out to him in April, but it depends on work and all of that fun stuff.

OP, stereotyping people, as you do, is just plain bad and insulting to most people. If my husband had sought me out because he was looking for a Finnish woman, attracted by the characteristics that Finnish women supposedly possess, I would have given him about 2 seconds of my life, if that. On the other hand, if I had bought into the stereotypes about Americans, I probably wouldn't have gone anywhere near my husband. People are individuals above everything else, with unique characteristics and personalities regardless of artificial external labels. You have to open your mind and heart to a person, and not try to fit a real human being into this faceless and impersonal mold you've created in your mind.
