If you know he is doing these thing report him to the FBI or DHS . Tell them you want to report adverse behavior on the part of someone with access to classified data. Report only known illegal activities and leave the bad husband behavior out of it. They will care much more than ICE

I suggest sending the letter back to USCIS, with a note that beneficiary is divorced and left no forwarding address.
    And leave it at that.

Actually the OP specifically asked us whether she should get an abortion or not
Single parenthood was never something I wanted, but do I end a life needlessly?

If he gave up on the relationship, don't give up on your baby in your tummy. God never give up on you. Please don't do the abortion. Spend time with people who lift you up (family & friends).

Im not in your situation but I ask you please dont end the life of your baby. Your baby was conceived for a purpose. You may have the future president in your stomach, or the scientist that finds a cure for cancer. Who knows! What a wonderful gift you have to be carrying a baby

wow you are handling a lot right now.
The last of immigration is stressful more than many people know. Everyone is about to have a major life change. One is about to leave home and country and the other is about to be totally responsible for another. An abortion is also incredibly stressful and comes with all the emotions of a death in the family along with all the negative vibs from the religious zealots. There is a good chance part of his behavior is a guilt reaction to the impending abortion. Men are terrible at vocalizing their opinions and needs. You also have needs and you need to take care of yourself first and foremost. Talk to who ever in your support system will be most supportive. If you decide to keep the baby inform him, he needs to know even if he chooses to not be a part in the child's life. Single motherhood is no cake walk but people have managed for years. I was raised by a single mother after the yearly death of my father and my mother did a good job.
Good luck with whatever path you pick

I would suggest you do as Myrlene did and call with a rude attitude... Sometimes, that's all it takes. Or another route, which may be less rude, take more time, and not yield a result is to have your fiance go directly to the Embassy and request a copy of his letter. Not the whole package, but a copy of the Embassy Letter. You could even do that by email. I think they will be more willing to email you a copy of that once you explain that the package they mailed was never received...
Or you can contact DHL-Haiti directly and see if your package is still in their hands...
    Here's their information: http://www.dhl.com.h...agence_dhl.html
They will most likely use the Port-au-Prince one...So call that one... Unless you're closer to the other ones...
I will strongly urge you NOT to wait any longer, take action! Because O never received his "mailed" package and therefore if we were still waiting for it, we would not have been starting the second stage now... Good luck and keep me posted! If nothing works, we can put our heads together and come up with a solution...

Your father in law will be sued by the government for fraud. Also, if you can send money home to YOUR family, you have money to pay your bills. It is not OUR problem you have all of those kids. You are defrauding the government by including YOURSELF in the benefits. If your family qualifies WITHOUT YOU, then it is legal. IF they qualified WITH YOU, then it is FRAUD.

This is a very unresearched comment. The only time this could be SLIGHTLY true is if USCIS refused to give him his TWO (2) year GC in the first place without any proofs that his marriage was not a bonafide one. But I said, slightly, because USCIS holds the final say...

No, there are many things that can cause one's GC to be denied. Marriage in good faith is not the only criteria. Others are not being a criminal, not having a ban, etc.
You think the only thing is "evidence of good faith" because that is your experience. But you are talking about AOS and this is ROC. It is different.
It's like someone who had one disease telling diagnosing their friends with the same disease. They do that because it's what they know, but they don't know all the possibilities.
You sound like you hang out with a bad crowd.

Late RoC filings are usually only accepted when serious issues arose beyond the alien's control that prevented them from filing a timely application.
An example of this would be: being in a serious accident for which you were hospitalised for a lengthy amount of time.
"I forgot" is not a valid reason, and even if it was it would not wash for five years. At this point, unless multiple attorneys tell you different, RoC looks to be a dead end.
The OP is divorced, so cannot re-petition based on marriage. His children are not old enough to petition him as their parent (they must be 21 to do so).
About the only two things I can see is: (1) amnesty under comprehensive immigration reform legislation, if it gets passed this year (and that's a big if), or (2) cancellation of removal. CoR is a massive hail-mary move though, and you should never, ever attempt it without speaking to a really good attorney first.
One thing you can do right now: call 1-800-898-7180 (this is the Immigration Courts Automated Hotline) and listen to the prompts. Enter your alien number (from the expired green card) at the prompt, and it should tell you whether or not you have had any removal orders issued to you in absentia.

No, you've been an illegal alien since your card expired in 2008.. you just didn't know. Have you tried looking yourself up in e-verify? https://e-verify.uscis.gov/emp/vislogin.aspx?JS=YES
    That verifies your work eligibility.

I say you should talk with his wife, and ask if you can move in with them, and share the husband with her.
Then let us know what happens. I think is amazing, fantastic, when two women know bliss with the same man in the same household.

Pictures are good. But they are not the only proofs you'll need. You can include proof of your travel there... The stamps on your passport. And if you took some trips together while in Ghana include proofs that have both of your name. One thing I would suggest is since you are in the US right now, you can wait 1-2 months before sending your petition so that you can create more proofs...
    Such as:
Emails, chats (skype, whatsapp, etc), phone calls, mail, and anything else you can think of that will help prove your case.
While it may seem waiting is too long, making sure that you send a complete package is better than sending something that may require an RFE or get denied... Good luck!

Sorry this might sound rude but if he was with this other girl for 2 years and married her and then he is in a relationship with you for a few months...you need to look at the whole picture....dont you think when they first met they really connected they wanted to be together forever...this is what happens when you first fall in love...But the thing about love is you dont just discard it for the next hot thing on the block....Love is hard and time consuming....I know It will be a hassle legally if he divorces but if its meant to be anything is possible....Just keep in mind what he is doing to his wife put yourself in her shoes how would you feel if he was cheating on you because if he is cheating on her its just a matter of time and you will be the next wife in line for a divorce... just sayin

I was waiting for someone to address the elephant in the room.
#1 He was already involved with someone else
    #2 He married HER
Sorry if that sounds harsh but I feel horrible for the wife.
Have you even met IRL or is this an online thing?

You are correct. There is no (good) way for you two to be together. Let his relationship with his wife play out, and don't get involved. Forget the legal issues. No matter what they are, they can be handled 99.5% of the time. If you were meant to be together, it will happen in time. But you can't begin a successful relationship by destroying one that came before it.

    I wouldn't risk it.
Firstly, in many countries, a church marriage IS legal.
Secondly, even if yours is not, the embassy/ immigration at the airport/ USCIS later when you try to adjust status may THINK you got legally married (by talking to friends and family in the area, seeing your Facebook status, or photos or the way you refer to eachother as husband and wife etc) and deny you, because you must be unmarried to use the K1.
    I see two save options:
    - Have a "going away party", maybe even with a small blessing by the priest at the restaurant/ home you have it- no mention of wedding, no wedding dress, no weddingy invitations etc.
    - Use the K1, get legally married in the USA, then AFTER that, as soon as she has AP, return for a visit to her home town and have the big wedding blessing and reception.
