That wasn't the first time I gave an incorrect answer? LoL. u am not perfect. The answers I am providing is based on my completed greencard progress and worked out without any RFE's. so please tell me how I can be incorrect about something I've already done? Now, that's rude. It's incredible how people trying to attack other that are here to help. I provided a link that basically gave them the answer to their question. That's all. Also, if they want more information, and you did say that they don't always do, they send your an RFE and don't deny your petition.

Mojority of forgein marriages are fraud? I get sick when i hear comments like that ... Sorry, but you have been misinformed! The majority are real, but there are also a few fraud ones, mostly from the same countries.

I admire how strong your are! Hang in there and I wish you all the best. Hopefully you will have peace very soon. My husband is in the military and I get sick, when I read how he behaves. He's clearly not right in his head. The military should take part in that and kick him out. Dishonorable discharge. That's just my two cents! Keep your head up.

It's always somebody's friend but it doesn't matter. The poster above provided you information. as far as i know, divorcing on adultery (if you have grounds) is faster in any state. Just make sure to provide evidence. Your friend can hire a lawyer or do it herself. Doesn't matter .... I've seen people divorcing based on adultery and they did it without a lawyer, it's not much harder than filling out immigration paperwork. But that really only works if they don't fight about kids or money.

I hope you never have move to another country or even anothe culture, because you have no idea whatsoever. I was homesick the first three months I came here ... But I was strong and made it. Some people aren't and you can't blame them. Everything you knew in the past is gone, you have to adapt to a 100% new life, not just a marriage. Your comment above is by far the dumbest one you ever made. You may know your lawyer stuff, but it doesn't seem like you have a heart ...
