I think this song sums it up best......
    "You Don't Love Me Anymore"
We've been together for so very long
But now things are changing, oh I wonder what's wrong?
Seems you don't want me around
The passion is gone and the flame's died down
    I guess I lost a little bit of self-esteem
That time that you made it with the whole hockey team
You used to think I was nice
Now you tell all your friends that I'm the Antichrist
Oh, why did you disconnect the brakes in my car?
That kind of thing is hard to ignore
Got a funny feeling you don't love me anymore
I knew that we were having problems when
You put those piranhas in my bathtub again
You're still the light of my life
Oh darling, I'm beggin', won't you put down that knife?
You know, I even think it's kinda cute the way
You poison my coffee just a little each day
I still remember the way that you laughed
When you pushed me down that elevator shaft
Oh, if you don't mind me asking, what's this poisonous cobra
    Doing in my underwear drawer?
Sometime I get to thinking you don't love me any more
You slammed my face down on the barbecue grill
Now my scars are all healing, but my heart never will
You set my house on fire
You pulled out my chest hairs with an old pair of pliers
Oh, you think that I'm ugly and you say that I'm cheap
You shaved off my eyebrows while I was asleep
You drilled a hole in my head
Then you dumped me in a drainage ditch and left me for dead
Oh, you know this really isn't like you at all
You never acted this way before
Honey, something tells me you don't love me any more, oh no no
Got a funny feeling you don't love me anymore
If you would like to sing along:

They must have their reasons. But I'd follow their instructions to the letter

Every guy I've ever met looks at one form of porn or another, and
if they say they don't, they're lying
However, the other behaviour he is exhibiting is unacceptable.
But porn in itself is nothing, it's healthy. Period.

    No you are not.
An illegal immigrant entered the U.S. totally without inspection by climbing a fence, swimming through the Rio Grande, or hiding inside the trunk of a car. You did not do that. You entered the U.S. with inspection, with a visa in your passport. You are out of status.
No, you're not. Those are illegal aliens, you are not. They can't file for AoS, you can, once the time comes.
And another mistake. Even becoming world champion or having $20,0000,000 in cash wouldn't help you as you are out of status.
You are not jealous, you are bitter and unfair. If somebody bombed the living daylight out of your family, you had a reason to complain.
First, ask your parents. They did this to you. How do they live in the U.S. now?
Second, once you get married to a US citizen, you are eligible for Adjustment of Status.
Third, in late 2013 or early 2014 the DREAM Act will become law. That will also get you a Green Card.

I am sorry but this is the only response I can take seriously.
To answer your question. I previous to being 18 I never really knew/considered my immigration status was an issue. I was focused on my studied in high school and overall having fun with friends and my life. I realized what was going on when I couldn't get into a university. I was given false hopes and promises from my mother that she would help me acquire some sort of status here. I waited and waited for nothing until this past year and a half that I am screwed. I've looked in every corner and looked at every page. There's nothing I've found that I can do.
To the other posters... Wow. Am I being mocked or trolled here? These can't be serious responses.
LOL @ "Canada... Go there." Yes because it's just that simple right? I am just as American as anyone else in this country and have more American pride than anyone I personally know.
As for Iraq, I have nothing that associates me with that country other than my parents were born there. I'd be just as illegal there as I am here. I am seriously laughing out loud at the comment that Saddam is gone and there's no US military so it's a wonderful democratic country.. PLEASE!! I am surely being mocked here, are you completely delusional as to what's happening there along with the conditions? Ever watch the news and look past the propaganda? That Iraqi economy sure is booming now, US has nothing on Iraq.. Yeah, right.
Folks, I came in here looking for helpful advice. Not to be mocked and given rude responses to pretty much "get the #### out". If your idea of good advice is to just to go back to Canada with nothing and no one just to struggle to survive then please keep that to yourself. I am hurting no one and have done nothing illegal. I am not leeching of anyone's precious tax dollars as my family pays taxes too.

Most of these 'undocumented' immigrants (or whatever PC term you wish to use) know full well the difference between right and wrong, lying and telling the truth, the minimal requirements for obtaining an H1B (college degree, generally) and other basic categories. They also know that they cannot meet those qualifications, hence their ethically challenged motivation to lie, cheat or steal their way into this land of opportunity. But we have requirements and limitations on the number of people who may arrive here legitimately...for a reason....for the protection of the health and well being of you and I and our fellow Americans....and people like the OP believe they should be exempt from our rules for reasons they can never fully explain nor certainly justify.
Compassion? Why? Suppose tomorrow, a colleague of yours at work got laid off, only to be replaced by the OP (or one of the 14M just like her) because the boss wants to save $$....would compassion really describe how you would feel about this situation? Or worse...suppose YOU got the pink slip, then found out later your replacement was a visa cheat??? Would compassion be the first thing on your mind, or instead a call to ICE?
I do not believe that compassion should be extended to those who have decided to thumb their collective noses at our laws....because somewhere out there is an unemployed American citizen (or LPR) who has lost the opportunity for the job she currently occupies (her parents are nowhere near wealthy enough to send her money with which to 'hang out' and watch TV....if they had those resources, she would have had a better education and access to opportunities in her own country).
Illegal immigration is illegal immigration....it cannot be sugar coated.
thanks for listening, though we disagree on a couple of points.

Sorry, but I vehemently disgree with illegal immigration and visa cheats. She knew she had zero plans to live up to the terms of her visa (since she decided NOT to show up for work) and is now looking for yet another shortcut to, in essence, jump the queue ahead of all of those who are currently obeying our laws and regulations. Why on God's green earth should anyone reach out to someone who has not been truthful from the outset? Why do you think it's ok to lie on visa applications and ignore our immigration laws? I cannot think of a single reason.
No one on this site is supposed to help people circumvent the system....giving the OP anything other than directions to the nearest airport would be aiding and abetting her behavior, which I find deplorable.

So in my day job as an ethical hacker I routinely solve data issues through statistical models and queries.
I have been waiting on my I130 since August. When I submitted it looked like things were being processed at about the 90 day mark. Now things have slowed down to roughly the 165 day point.
I give up.. I can't handle waiting in a bubble without information.. So...
I wrote a program to pull ALL casefiles in the USCIS system for the June 28-July 13 timeframe (since that appears to be where they are processing at the moment) and scan for status. Not unethical because the data is freely available, all I am doing is "mining" it. For those interested this was about 30,000 casefiles of which just over 15,000 were I130.
Attaching the results for WAC1190519000 (June 28) - WAC1190524000 (July 13) showing the breakdown of status and totals.
I will try to update weekly going forward at least until late August when my target dates are, moving the window forward as processing continues.
The results? Basically shows lots of processing currently in the July 4-5-6 range, but at least it gives me hard data rather than supposition.
If you would like access to the raw numbers in an XLS for your own manipulation, send me a PM.

Bill, it sounds like you're the problem.
As a bartender, she will speak with customers, and they will hit on her. This is what life is like for every female bartender. You have to trust your wife to say no. If she didn't tell you about being hit on, perhaps you should be more suspicious. If she was a bartender in Thailand, and she did more than flirt with customers, you knew precisely what you were getting into.
If she were using you, she'd stay quiet until her status was solid, then leave you the day after she didn't need you. Instead, she's complaining loudly about the lifestyle and you. This would indicate that she did come with honorable intentions. She's also paying for you. Why would she do it if she didn't like you? She doesn't want to be here except for you.
Looking at it from her side, she's in a land she dislikes, paying for a jealous, deadbeat husband who's plotting to deport her.
You are the issue. You married a wife. You didn't buy an indentured servant. Educate yourself, get a job, and be worthy of your wife. All you have are jealous suspicions that would drive any woman into the arms of another.

    well, here's yer loophole.
You've filed for AOS, but it's not been granted yet.
A piece of that was the I-864, the affadavit of support.
If you withdraw the affadavit of support before her case is adjudicated, then she can't adjust status. She'll be in country, without any legal immigration status. You withdraw via postal letter to both the 1.. local USCIS office in yer jurisdiction 2..national USCIS office. It's a simple thing, really, this one page letter.
Along the way, divorce her .. Give her a one way ticket back the day after the divorce is finalized, and call it a day.
Now, I'm prolly gonna get lost in some VJ noise, so come back to my post in a few days, and reread it.

I don't think I'm being harsh. The costs only go up from the medical. Visa - $350, Plane ticket - $500+, Moving Expenses - $???, AOS - $1200, US health insurance($$$), not to mention unexpected costs. If neither of them have any income these costs will be impossible. I'm not about to tell someone it's going to be fine just because it's nice. She said they don't have the payment for the medical - he won't be able to get it done if that's the case.
My fiance and I both work, have a few thousand dollars saved up, and I'm still reconsidering moving there simply due to the high cost of living, immigration, and moving. I'm sorry it's not fun to hear, but it's also the truth (for one thing) and in your best interest to consider these things.

You are splitting hairs over nothing. No way will a person have problems if you have things notarized but may if you don't. As I said: AFTER a RFE I was requested by a USCIS officer to have my letter of cancellation notarized. I really don't give a flying fock if you do our don't listen to me. I'm just trying to save people hassels of what I've already been thru.
Been there and done it all mostly the hard way.
