Can you get the police report and court record showing disposition of the case? If so check yes and send them. It's no big deal ,I had 2 of them that I thought were convictions but found out they were not when I got an RFE for not sending the reports (because I checked yes in the box). I responded with the police reports and no court records found document from the courthouse and was approved soon after that.I have since had both expunged.

Depends on the individual adjucator handling your case. One month is usual.
However all that said for the quantity of documents that you did not supply, I wouldn't at all be surprised if they didn't deny your petition altogether.

I am an active VJ member but have problem updating my Timeline.
Here is my story, my fiancé attended his interview on May 21,2015 at the consulate in Nigeria. He said he answered every question that was asked correctly, then the consulate officer asked to see our pictures which he did, then she asked for more pictures and my fiancé told her that's all we have. The officer excused herself to the back room and came back with a picture of our traditional introduction from our Facebook account and said if you guys are married what is this? My fiancé explain that was the introduction he told her about. We didn't include the pictures at first because we did want the officer to misinterpret the pictures for a traditional marriage.Then the consulate officer said she was not convinced and gave my fiancé a white paper 221(g) that states that we should send an email with a date that we will like to return with more evidence of relationship and a picture of my fiancé and I and my parents on the introduction day. The Consulate replied our email and accepted a date of June 5, 2015 for my fiancé to bring the pictures. On the email they used the word interview. Does it mean he will be interviewed again? Has anyone experience this and what are the chances of approval? They kept our documents but did keep his passport.

This is a very real problem. Your K-1 was single entry. You cannot use it to 'get back in'. If you leave, you can only be admitted back into the U.S. with a valid travel document such as the Advanced Parole document or your green card.

Sorry to hear it...My name situation is very similar to that of your wife. I'm myself coming from a former Soviet Ukraine. The name on the passport, Driver's License and Green Card is how they translated it in modern times - not how it was always known. And the USCIS sent me both - receipt letter and the biometric invitation using the other first name (not the one on GC). Mind you, I called them immediately after I got the receipt and asked to correct the first name to avoid name confusion in the future.
Now I'm worried....

We are going to file for Naturalization citizenship in a few months. I have noticed that Divorce documents for both petitioner and beneficiary are asked for again in the N-400 instructions as well. Try to get them to avoid any future issues in the process. Court Clerks are usually very cooperative to help get them to you for a small fee. Search a county map of the state and start calling them. Unsure if USCIS can find out or not.

Would filing for an annulment ,in lieu of divorce ,based on immigration fraud ,be a possibility?
She would HAVE to be present for court proceedings in HIS jurisdiction ,which is unlikely.
Could that render previous immigration proceedings (other than K1 ) null and void ?

That is crazy. We made that same mistake (husband got my tickets in married name) when we went to the Caribbean. Called the airline and they told us to just bring our marriage certificate. Still had problems at bag check, but once I pulled my green card out, all was well. This was with American Airlines.
