AOS Interview concerns

My hubby's case status just changed to Interview was scheduled, so we are starting to gather evidence as we wait for the letter in the mail. We have some concerns that we don't have enough co-mingling of finances. Because of covid, we have been quarantining for the year. We've been lucky in the sense that we have been staying at my mother's place for the time being, but because of that, my hubby and I have no utility bills that we share. They are all in my mom's name. our cell phones are even on my moms family plan (cheaper that way). I tried to get my husband on my health insurance, but since I had a grandfathered plan, I couldn't add him, so he has his own separate one (but we have the same company). We don't have a joint bank account because my bank wouldn't allow it unless he had his green card or a utility bill. He has been going to an online university to get his degree while waiting.

Here is what we plan to get together to show as proof of bonafide marriage.

Marriage certificate

Passports

Birth Certificates

Tax returns (we filed jointly)

SSN Cards (with my married name)

Health Insurance Bills (Both of ours with same address)

Credit Card (Added hubby as authorized user on my account)

Affidavit letter from my mom that we both live with her

Wedding Photo Book

Wedding Stuff (Invitations, cards offering congratulations on wedding , 1st Anniversary)

Chat logs and photos

Film diary (hubby and I watch a film every night together and record our rating)

Affidavit of support (do I have to fill out a new one?)

Letter of employment

Last 6 months of payslips

W2 2020

K1 + AOS applications

Hubby's medical

Hubby's Vaccination records

Are we missing anything else? Because of covid, we haven't gone on a honeymoon or have any planned vacations for the future until we are both fully vaccinated, so we're a bit nervous that we don't have enough evidence. Any advice or experience would be appreciated.

Good Morning everyone,

Under the new administration I guess we don't know how they are going to look at things, but will it look bad upon me as the petitioner if my son has insurance we get subsidy for? I'm just not sure how they are favoring things with the petitioner lately. Thank you.

I know that we won't truly know everything about the update yet, but I'm curious if anyone can weigh in with their opinions. As K-1s (all, not just plaintiffs), are exempt from the travel ban now, are we thinking the Embassies are going to resume routine processing because they can't use the ban as an excuse? If so, how long do we all think this huge backlog will take to go through (London is where I'm most concerned), we're talking a year... that's a lot of people. While I'm glad about this for others, my heart is broken because we were praying for our NOA2 to come in so we could join/start legal proceedings and now it appears this will not be an option anymore. It's not lost upon me that this is a huge win, but if I'm being honest, it stings.

My husband and I have two joint checking accounts and a joint savings account at the same bank. We try to keep finances somewhat separated for the purpose of organization (im self employed so my income is different all the time)

will this raise any issues? All of our income goes in and out of these 3 accounts.

I also have

-car insurance both names listed

-joint tenant leases

-wills

-power of attorney

-life insurance with me as beneficiary

-joint tax returns

-electric bill both names

-renters insurance policy both names

-photos

-health insurance policy (my husband and I both covered)

is this enough?

Past Visa Number

Hi,

Does anyone know of any way to find old US visa numbers? I studied as a F1 student between 2012 and 2017. I've lost my old passport which had my visa in it, and now I'm filling out the DS-260 application and it asks if I've previously had a US visa which I have. Though it asks when it was issued, and the visa number etc. and I can't find that information anywhere. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Thanks,

Keith
