Hi guys, do you have your interview yet? Our timelines are very similar and we are trying to get it done as quickly as possible.

Hi there, no interview yet. But I did try to contact the visa medicals last week. They won't let you book the medical without having the interview date booked.
Our case changed to ready at the embassy last week so I'm hoping to receive my letter telling me to book my interview in the next week or two.
Feel free to keep in touch I don't know anyone else going through this process and I feel out of my depth and nervous. Having someone else to go through it with might help.
Where is your case up to?

Yeah, from what I can see you guys are about 1 week/10 days ahead oh us or so. Have you completed the DS-160? From what I've gathered you do not have to wait on the embassy letter with instructions. Anecdotally, I've seen people completely disregard the letter. Once you complete the DS-160 Immigrant visa form, you should be able to take the confirmation code and make the payment on the UK embassy website and be able to book your interview from there. This is all just based on what I have been able to find but let me know if you come across anything else. Ours is still at the NVC but I am hoping it makes its way soon!

Yes I follow your time line as we are so close. Yes I have completed the DS160, I just cannot find where to book in the website it's so difficult to understand.
I am wanting to get everything booked quickly too. However I am visiting the US for the 4th July so hoping to have appointments when I return.

Have you tried this website? https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv
I have used ChatGPT to help plan and it says from there you can pay and book your appointment. I'm guessing you haven't paid for the DS-160 yet. I think you register there and then you use the DS-160 confirmation code and your case number to make the payment. Also beware that the DS-160 expires after 30 days or so, so make sure you have a valid one for your interview. Today ours was sent to the consulate so I will be trying this in the next few days!

Yes but booking medical is a nightmare!!
They want it to be two weeks before interview... I can't make it work with visiting my fiancé and my shifts at work.
It's really stressful
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
