Hi All, I hope everyone is well and healthy. I am not so smart maybe, I am hoping maybe someone can make better sense of the process timeline. My fianc and I submitted our request in July. Sent to Texas Lockbox and then transferred to California, I checked the process times for the California customer service center on USCIS and this is as clear as mud to me. Estimated time range Form type Receipt date for a case inquiry 6 Months to 8 Months K-1/K-2 - Not yet married - fianc (e) and/or dependent child January 16, 2021 Is this 6-8 months before our process time will start? NOA2, DS-160 etc etc.. if our process time doesn't start until 6-8 months out our application will expire definitely, our application will expire in June 2022. If someone can help me understand this more, I will be elated!

Hello, I have a few questions, I have been waiting and finally in the process of divorce from my first wife. While waiting I fell in love and we want to get married, if we get married a few days after my divorce is finalized, will that be a red flag? Also if I submit the I-130/A soon after the marriage would that be a red flag? I would not be in such a rush but we know we want to be married and live together and I want to start the process especially if it takes 8-10 months or longer. Thanks in Advance.

Hello guys. Does anybody know if you have to take flu vaccine now for adjustment of status? We visited a civil surgeon who told us that we have to do this since now it s a flu season. But we read on the uscis site that flu season starts on 1st of October til March31. What should we do? And what happens if we refuse to take this vaccine? Thanks for your replies in advance.
