US Immigration from Russia

Hi there,

I needed a proof of my legal residence in the US for which I called the USCIS phone # to schedule an info pass. My original conditional GC and the extension letter have both expired, so I assumed I'd get an i-551 stamp in my passport which seems pretty common. However, while I'm still waiting for the info pass appointment to be scheduled, I received a update in my USCIS account stating that a new card is being produced for a pending i-751. Is that normal or it's another glitch on their website? Would love to spare my time and effort and just get a new card instead of having to go in person.

Separately, do I need to bring my newer tax returns to the interview (whenever that happens) for the time and years that have passed since initial filing?

Hi guys!

I have a quick question regarding AR-11 when you don't have any pending petitions with USCIS. I filed a change of address form in the past when I was waiting for my green card interview but I just learnt that I need to do it each time I move even if I am not waiting for any documents. I moved to a new location in February this year and I filed AR-11 today. Am I going to face any penalties for doing it this late? Do I need to call them in a few weeks to confirm that my address was changed in their system?

My wife, a US citizen filed a 130 for her daughter back in 2012. By now she should have had here interview in Moscow Russia except for the pandemic closed everything down there along with trump helping and of course now the dispute between us and russia has closed everything again. She has been here at least a dozen time so she used her tourist visa last week to come to see her mom and so mom could see the grandaughter. Now today she gets an email from her boss and some of the workers that her and everyone in the company is fired. With her job came an apartment, salary, car and nannie.

Now she has no job, no car, no apartment to return to with her child. Really screwed. Would she be in a possition to file for a change of status since she has nowhere to go back in russia and should already have been here except for the pabdermic and trump?

I'm a naturalized US citizen and I'm thinking of filing for GC for my parents who are Russian citizens residing in Russia. I have a few questions:

• Is there a guide that outlines key steps in the process and required documents at a high level (I reviewed the information on USCIS website and it's rather confusing, sends you between multiple pages, etc.)?
• What are the current fees for this?
• What is the current approximate processing time for this, from filing for I-130 through receipt of the visa?
• Is it possible to do the embassy portion of the process in a third country (Russian embassy currently doesn't process any visas and there is no reopening date in the near future)?
• What are the physical presence requirements to maintain the GC?
