My wife had her oath ceremony this morning. Her USCIS journey is over. She even registered to vote after the ceremony. Thank goodness we are done. Good luck to everyone.

Hi there. In the application for the sponsor there is a question about previous petitions. In fact I began and then abandoned a K1 visa petition back in 2017. We reached the point where the USCIS accepted our application and the embassy issued an invitation for an interview. But we never advanced it for personal reasons . Now, in 2024, I am filing another petition with a different beneficiary. My question is how much information will be required beyond the previous beneficiaries name, DOB, etc? I didn't keep any of the paperwork from that, moved on to the new relationship we've enjoyed for the last 6-years.

Good day VJ Was there an update for the filing fee for ROC? I was trying the USCIS fee calculator but I dont know where to put my child dependent (I remember there was an option to put how many are your dependents on the calculator) It only shows $750 for the I-751 fee How about when I am filing ROC with child dependent, how much would I pay for both our biometrics fee? Thanks

Question about Transiting after K1/K2 Approval |

Hi all, I am not sure I have the correct forum, but I have a question about transiting and travel to the US. I believe we are in the final stretches of processing and nearing approval after admin processing. Our case status has changed to "received" and has changed from "immigrant" to 'non-immigrant" visa application. I'm trying to plan ahead as much as possible for the flight back. In checking to see if there were any transit visa requirements for Korea, I used one of the airlines websites to check if any visa is needed. One requirement that was listed was that we would need either a letter signed by the non-custodial parent, a letter signed by both parents or the custodial agreement. I need to double check but I don't believe my fianc has a custodial agreement as the children have always lived with her. Does anyone have any insight or advice on this and if it is truly a requirement for my Fianc 's children to travel to the US? Thank you.

Hello, I received a notification in the mail with my I-129F application and supporting documentation. It was rejected because a field was not filled in. Do I need fill out a completely new application or only need to fill in the missing field on the original application? Do I need to include a new letter of intent? Thanks
