I did 2 separate i130 for my parents..both already got approved.

But Question is. Am I suppose to have only one case number (mnl) or 2 different case numbers? Or does it even matter?

Hi, I just had my biometrics today and when I got to the booth where the fingerprints and pic were taken, the lady scanned my form and then looked at my passport. She asked me to spell my maiden surname and I did.

Now that I'm back home, it just occured to me: wait a minute, did she typed my surname as my maiden surname? Will that appear on my greencard? The forms have all my married surname and the first lady who screened my form did not ask me for my marriage certificate.

Should I call uscis? Anyone who has the same experience?

She needed a Covid test before she left because of a stopover in Taipei. They did all the checking in Chicago before she boarded. Papers and websites to fill out. All went well. In Taipei she never went through immigration. Someone from EVA escorted them through security and to the gate. In Manila she had to wait in line to pay for the test then take the test. All in all it was less than an hour before she went to her hotel. She got word the next morning that she was negative so it was only 19 hours from testing to results in hand. Not bad. She said Manila was the toughest part because they didnt seem very organized.

Hi all! We're currently accomplishing the form I-129F and kind of confused over something -- my fiance is currently in the US and will come back to the PH by March. Which mailing address should he use, given that he'll be mailed NOA1 and NOA2? Can he use his address here in the Ph or should it be strictly a US address? Thank you for your help
