Hi everyone, This case is regarding my brother, my mom petitioned for him under F2b category and she eventually naturalized in 2017, his PD was 3/9/2012. We are in the NVC stage at this point, my mom submitted all the AOS documents which also includes her naturalization certificate, my brother will be completing his DS-260 as soon as he gets his other documents, it just dawned on me that we did not notify USCIS when my mom naturalized thus his visa category remains at F2b, does it matter at this time? We are ok to have the automatic conversion to F1 as it seems to be 6 months faster than F2b. Do we need to do anything about this? Will the CO in Manila be ok with this? Will appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

Hello everyone! I'd like to ask or maybe some clarifications about exit clearance. My baby has both a Philippine passport and a US passport. Does my dual citizen 2 year old baby need an exit clearance or a CFO sticker when leaving the country to USA? Thank you

I'm preparing to to file I-130 petitions for my wife and stepdaughter (8yo) both at the same time. In submitting the proof of the relationship to the child, do I resubmit ALL of the same evidence of bona fide marriage to the child's mother that I submit in the mothers petition? Or do I simply submit the birth certificate, proving she is the child of her mother, and marriage certificate proving her mother is married to me? So that barring any discrepancies in that paperwork the child's application is approved or denied based solely on the outcome of the mothers petition and therefor evidence the marriage is bona fide is only relevant to the mothers petition.
