https://fam.state.gov/fam/09FAM/09FAM050207.html "the consular officer may revalidate the petition any number of times for additional periods of four months from the date of revalidation, provided the officer concludes that the petitioner and the beneficiary remain legally free to marry and continue to intend to marry each other within 90 days after the beneficiary's admission into the United States."

As noted the petition validity can be extended by the embassy.   You may have to pay another visa fee as that is normally valid for only 1 year, not sure if the embassy will make exceptions because of the beer virus BS.

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visa-update-cancelation-of-certain-nonimmigrant-visa-appointments-through-october-30/ "There is no fee to change an appointment, and the validity of the visa fee payment (known as the MRV fee) is extended until December 31, 2021 to allow all applicants who are unable to schedule a visa appointment because of the suspension of routine consular operations an opportunity to schedule and/or attend a visa interview appointment with the already paid fee."
