US Immigration from Philippines

I was browsing St. Luke's Extension website and read the announcements. Maybe, just maybe some would like to know about Covid-19 testing before leaving and quarantine for inbound travelers.

Is anyone aware of any US based institutions where I could enroll in a Cebuano language course? My fianc e is from Mindanao and of course she and her kids speak Bisaya as do her family members.

I speak Spanish, English and some Catalan, so I don't believe I'd have too much trouble learning a new language.

I'd much much rather take a class(es) as opposed to using one of those goofy apps or websites that only teach basic phrases and words and don't focus on grammar and sentence structure.

Because of the quarantine restrictions in the Philippines, my fianc e has not been able to get to the grocery store since last March because she has two young children who are not able to accompany her to the stores and unfortunately there is not anyone who can watch them.

Since that time, we have been using Streetby app and purchasing groceries from either Gaisano or Ororama. But we are growing more and more frustrated with each time we have to use this app.

It's extremely out of date. The items you are purchasing have no photos and only a few words description. Many, many items are misspelled or abbreviated so searching for what you want is nearly impossible. Furthermore, many items are only able to be purchased by the kg. If you want small items like onions or bell peppers... Who wants a kg??

Even worse is that maybe only 50% of what you need is not on the app. We are talking things like eggs, or ground pork, ground beef, rice and many many other items. So you have to call the store after your initial order to add additional items. Even then, the store will tell you that many of the items you ordered are not available.

You think there would be a better system. These apps seem like they were developed by elementary aged student and then never maintained.

My son just turned 26 years old and will soon file for the N400. While I am filling up the N400 form for myself, i read about registering for selective services . Has anybody encountered any problem applying for the US citizenship without registering for the selective services?

my MIL doesn t have a birth certificate yet, PSA doesn t have any record of her birth so she needs to get one made essentially. Then her passport but what else will she need?

marriage stuff death certificate stuff( first husband) police clearance? Etc

what will she need to fill out Vs what can we fill out for her? She doesn t have a house with a house number so getting and sending mail is very hard. We need to use LBC currier and she picks up.
