US Immigration from Philippines

Greetings nice people,

I am trying to figure out how to get my fianc out of the Philippines to a country where I can meet her and get married. The paperwork for her passport was all but finished in Manila when the Fires, volcano, super typhoons and Covid hit. It's been over 2 years now since I was there and I am trying to figure out where she can travel to after she gets her passport, that I can travel to, also! So we can get married and file a CR-1.

Any ideas you have is appreciated. Thank you.

I just renewed my passport in Washington, DC at the Philippines Embassy and they took my old passport. Will I get my old passport back with my new passport? I have a friend who just renewed hers there and she got her new passport but they didn t send the old one back. From my understanding I m suppose to get the old one back too. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.

Hi everyone! I'm just curious to know if your wait time & completion time was accurate on your case?

I had my biometrics done on 1/25 and the wait time is stating 5 months and completion time Sept. 2021. I am planning to travel in a few months that's why I am curious to find out if this is very accurate. My location is Reno, NV

We were told that it could take up to 6 weeks for that. the doctors spoke to us and said, the chest xray was negative and that the blood test were also negtive for syphilis and gonorrhea which is a good news. I am HIV positive and VL is undetected (virally suppressed). I will be taking my medical exam soon and I researched that even if virally suppressed, one has to undergo the 3 consecutive day sputum exam. Hoping things will turn out okay.

My wife needs an updated police clearance from Hong Kong to submit for our IR1 in Manila Philippines. How does she get one without traveling there?
