US Immigration from Philippines

Has anyone recently done the CRBA process through USEM? We are wondering how long it is taking now from start to finish. My wife and I went through the CRBA process at USEM in 2017 for our daughter and it didn t take long to receive CRBA and passport. Thanks for your help. I have looked through all the postings in the Philippines forum back to September 2020 and have found no CRBA experience postings.

Hi Everyone,

Finally! After 7 years of waiting. I am now a US Citizen. I can Petition my Parents from the Philippines. Thank God!

I am currently doing their papers online. Unfortunately, I am having trouble about some questions.

Questions:

1: They were asking for travel document number. The only number I can provide is their Passport number.

2: I am petitioning my Papa and Mama. I don t know what to do exactly with their papers. Do I need to file one by one? Like, submit and pay for my Papa first then do the application again for my Mama?

3: What supporting documents do we need to provide? I just want to be on point about this. I don t want to cause any delays.

4: How long do I need to wait for this process before I receive the NOA?

5: My Father s Sister who is living here in United States filed for Siblings Petition back in 2016. What do I need to gather in case they will ask for it?

We ve been dreaming about this eversince. Hopefully, I can reunite with my Parents and my sibling soon! In Jesus name, Amen.

How soon after my fianc e and I get married can I petition to adopt her two kids? Also, she was never married and the father of the children has not been in their life for years. Furthermore, my fianc e has no idea where he is.
