US Immigration from Philippines

The good news is that the NVC / Manila Embassy granted us our interview date!

The stressful news is the interview was scheduled on April 1 (2 weeks notice). We are having difficultly getting a medical appointment before the 8th.

Do we have to have the medical results before the interview? Or is the appointment enough and they handle it all after?

Hi, asking for a friend. Both her Filipino parents, who are already US citizens, want to buy a residential house and lot for their retirement here in the Philippines. Can they do that with their names on the land title? Do they have to get dual citizenship? I read somewhere that only Filipino citizens can own properties here, please correct me if I'm wrong.

What would take longer a US Citizen parent petitioning for married children over 21 y/o versus Sibling petitioning married siblings over 21 y/o?
