United States Embassy Manila, Philippines United States Consular Agency Cebu, Philippines Coming Soon: Online Fee Payment for Adult Passport Renewals Currently, all U.S. citizens in the Philippines who wish to renew their passports by mail must pay using a dollar demand draft obtained at one of three banks or arrange for in-person payment of the application fee at the Embassy in Manila or Consular Agency in Cebu. We understand that this situation is inconvenient for U.S. citizens and have been working on a solution. The U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that U.S. Embassy and Consular Agency in the Philippines have been selected as a pilot location to allow eligible U.S. citizens residing in the Philippines to pay their DS-82 passport renewal fees online. The pilot program is expected to begin in the next few weeks. We will send another announcement when this online payment pilot system has launched, along with specific instructions to help you confirm your eligibility to renew your passport by mail and pay the required fee online. Please monitor our website and your email for updates on our mail-in passport renewal program and the online fee payment option. -Contact the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines, located at 1201 Roxas Boulevard, at +(63) (2) 5301-2000, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. After-hours emergency number for U.S. citizens is +(63) (2) 5301-2000. -Call 1-888-407-4747 toll-free in the United States and Canada or 1-202-501-4444 from other countries from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (except U.S. federal holidays).

Can anyone share how they got through ATS when applying for jobs? I'm at a point where I'm thinking of getting resume writing/ LinkedIn optimization services but they are so expensive. Appreciate any tips.

I am currently in the USA as a Teacher (J1) since Sept. 2017 to June 2022 and married to an American Citizen last 2019. What kind of waiver can you suggest that I need to apply for the 2 year home rule? or What are the steps that I need to do? If we have the same situation or you have any knowledge about my current status, please don't hesitate to reply, I will really Appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi, Is the CFO sticker visa specific? Meaning if wife did cfo seminar for k1 left Philippines with that sticker, and is now leaving Philippines again with Ir1 visa. Does she need to take cfo seminar again for a new sticker? We were just going to try and do it again to be safe. But now im thinking with my luck it will cause some random issue.haha Especially now because its online and they get a printable certificate and mail a sticker. (In which she has already a sticker in her passport from the k1) Thanks, Dennis

U.S. citizens who wish to marry in the Philippines are no longer required to have their affidavits notarized at the Embassy or Consular Agency. Instead, you may have the affidavit notarized locally in the Philippines. ------------------ United States Embassy Manila, Philippines United States Consular Agency, Cebu Philippines April 6, 2021 Effective immediately, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), pursuant to recently issued Memorandum Circular No. 2021-004, will allow local notarization in the Philippines of the Affidavit of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage. As a result, U.S. citizens who wish to marry in the Philippines are no longer required to have their affidavits notarized at the Embassy or Consular Agency. Instead, you may have the affidavit notarized locally in the Philippines. We encourage U.S. citizens to have these affidavits notarized locally, as appointments for consular services remain limited at the Embassy and Consular Agency due to the ongoing pandemic. Please visit the PSA website or inquire with the Local Civil Registry Office where you plan to be married for more information. For more information on notary services, please see our website.
