if you have a different name listed in facebook then what is on your passport do you need to submit that in the other names category. i.e. John Dover Green but on facebook it's Charlie Green.

second question is where do I put my middle name on the ds 160. it asks for surname and given name so do I just put surname Green and given name John or will I need to put surname Dover Green and given name John.

thanks for the help

Hi, anyone here had their interview recently? My husband had his interview on April 5 and was told that due to ECQ in Manila, his medical result was not sent to the embassy. He did his medical on March 25. The interview went well and approved but still waiting for the medical. I checked on CEAC tracker and the status still says Ready . Usually how long will it take for SLEC to forward the results to USEM? How do we contact USEM and to ask for the status? Thank you so much VJs!

I wonder how (or if) this impacts the already frustrating immigration process.

Hello group has anyone experienced a situation like ours? We mailed our I-751 on March 30 it was due to be delivered in Phoenix Arizona on June 02 2021 it was delivered and on the same day UPS says it was picked back up and sent back to the sorting facility in Phoenix AZ for an address correction the address is ....USCIS Att: I-751 1820 E SKYHARBOR CICLE S SUITE 100 Phoenix AZ 280534 the UPS guy spelled it as SKY HARBOR so the packet was scanned back in then nothing I have called UPS Corparate many times now they even claimed that they shut the lines down at that sorting facility and checked in the chutes and did an extensive search effort for our packet which was actually a box weighing 7.8 lbs with about 1,300 something pages of documents I just called USCIS been waiting on the phone on hold for 1 hour 32 minutes so far after I spoke with them they say they are checking our case we also included form G1145 and haven't heard anything I know it will take some time but we're just wanting to know if USCIS has our packet now UPS is saying they think it made it back to USCIS and wasn't scanned or the packet never left USCIS in the first place has anyone had this happen?

USCIS soft inquiries on my credit report.

I was just looking at my credit reports and noticed USCIS did 4 soft pulls on my Experian Credit report. Slightly odder is the timing of the inquiries. I filed two I-130's on a Monday morning but it says USCIS pulled my credit report twice the Friday before I filed, then again on the Sunday the day before I filed and there was a 4th credit pull 10 days after I filed. I'm guessing that due to the proximity of the credit pulls to the time I actually filed, they could only have been a response to my filing and the dates just got predated a few days somehow. It just seems odd since I have never heard of anyone else mentioning USCIS doing credit pulls under those circumstances. My petitions are simple online I-130's for overseas spouse and stepchild. No conceivable connection to any public charge angle or adjustment of status anything like that and we are nowhere near NVC looking at my finances for Affidavit of Support yet. Anyways I just thought it was weird since I have not heard anyone mention credit pulls from initial filing of I-130's. They were soft pulls so it doesn't affect my credit scores and I don't mind if they evaluate my petitions based on my credit reports because my credit scores are even more sound than my I-130s and any information in my report would only corroborate what is in my I-130's.

Has anyone else noticed USCIS pulling their credit report?
