I need to try to take care of my wife's biometrics in San Antonio.  There is a Field Office and an Application Support Center.  Can either one take care of that?  Our appointment is for our old address in Portland even after doing 2 change of addresses.

ASC for biometrics.  Some ASCs accept walk-in, if you have a biometrics appointment for another ASC.  I doubt they'll even let you in to the FO without an appointment for that day and for that FO.

Ok, the ASC said they would do it if we had proof of our new residence but not until June 11th, our scheduled appointment in Portland.  Seemed odd to me if you're going to squeeze someone in at a different ASC, what does the appointment date/time matter?  Plus,  if we did it early here that would free.up the Portland slot for someone else.

Anyway, I called in and asked for an SA appointment so we'll see how that goes.
