US Immigration from Philippines

We came on a K1 and K2 Visa. My husband is our sponsor. We are approved for AOS for 2years. Then ROC later on.

My question is this. My husband's brother is petitioning his fianc e and he needs a joint sponsor since his income is not sufficient. Is my husband allowed to joint sponsor his brother? We are still on the process of ROC soon. Does it even matter to the USCIS?

We got visa back today 1 day before it was due to be delivered, she went and picked it up. After 4 yrs of this from a K1 to a IR1.

Thank you to all for the help on this extreme endeavor, we have booked and paid for flight she will land at LAX the night of the 5th. We both got our dreams to be with the one we love for the rest of our lives.

My friend got Naturalized 2 weeks ago. She would like to apply for her US passport. I said she can apply also passport for her son who is 9 years old. She is confused if she will apply for her son's passport using her Certificate of Naturalization because the USCIS told her that when her son turned 15 years old he needs to have his own Certificate of Naturalization but as of now the son can apply for his passport under the mother's Certificate of Naturalization. I was also confused if there is such thing that when the child turns 15 years old he is required to get his own Certificate. Anybody heard about this?

I took a screen shot of 2go website and gave to wife she was gonna start calling about visa all numbers or most of them are not working.

she walked across to Robinsons down from SLEC to the 2Go office there to inquire, she found a guy that lives in same province and town she does and he told her most of the numbers are under reconstruction what ever that means.

They exchanged numbers and he will be working at the Sm Mall Asia where we are suppose to pick up visa so hopefully he will text her to let her know we can pick it up today. Keeping fingers crossed.
