My Fianc e is flying out from Cebu to the USA and has scheduled her Covid-19 Test with Red Cross

However, it says "RT-PCR Test- Saliva". Does anyone know if it matters whether it is saliva or nasal RT-PCR Test?

Well after many years (2) the adoption process is complete here in the Philippines, now we are here picking up our daughter to head back to the states, the DSWD and ICAB here in the Philippines we great at what they do, we now will return to the states and finish up the adoption process, if anyone has questions on the process or if you live in north or south carolina i can refer you to the agency we used in the states, and you will need an accredited stateside agency in the states.

A couple questions on the time in country required for filing the N-400. I know it's a bad idea to go out for more than 6 months straight but is there a cumulative problem? For example, if someone left the country for 5 months and came back for 1, would that be a problem being gone for 10 months in a year? Also, does that time out still count towards the 3 years or does that delay applying?

I need some advice. Can i petition my mom and my sister together? My sister is only 12 years old and wondering if i petition my mom, does my sister will be automatically included on that petition? or Do i need to file separate petition for my sister? What form should i fill out?
