Hello. I will be assisting my wife with filing her N-400. She has her 10-year GC via K1 visa. We got married in a civil wedding here in NY. We recently came back from the Philippines where we married again in a Church wedding. Should her answer be "2" times married for the N-400? We also don't have any official "proof" of our church wedding besides photos, vendor receipts and receipts from the church. Will that suffice?

My interview was scheduled on February 4, 2025, I went to embassy but didn't let me in b'coz my medical was not completed yet and i believe that you need to do your Biometric first before your interview. Now that I completed my medical exam and I'm having hard time to reschedule the interview, no slot available. This new website is way to hard to get the slot unlike the old one. PLEASE HELP....

My fiance made it to USA from the Philippines. We got her SS card then we got married. She would like to change her name. I understand we would have to go back to the social security office. How does this work when her main ID is her Philippines passport with her old name? If she wants to fly somewhere, she has to book in her old name? We want to get a bank account setup, is it easier before or after the name change? Basically, we don't know how the name change works. Is there anything we will need to do differently on the AOS paperwork? Thank you for your help

Hello, My wife just completed her immigration medical exam at St. Lukes in Manila yesterday. I just received the email with her Vaccination Worksheet and her Interferon - Gamma Release Assy test. The IGRA test stated results: Positive and Interpretation: M. tuberculosis infection is likely. Does this mean she does not qualify for her scheduled immigration interview at the US Embassy? I know her results are being delivered to the US Embassy. Will the US Embassy contact us when they receive these test results and inform us of our next steps? Thank you, Greg H
