Expedite just accepted in Manila, any idea of wait now. Should get DQ shortly. When will Physical be, when do I make an appointment?

Hello all. I've been out of the loop for a while with all this Covid ####### going on. What horrible timing for our K1 visa. NOA2 in June 2020.

Anyway, what are the current travel requirements to the Philippines? Do I need to be vaccinated? Show proof of a negative test? Quarantine when I get there? Can I fly into Clark Airport or do I have to arrive in Manila?

I'm starting to plan a trip in 2022, so I want to get a feel for these things. Thank you in advance for anyone that can help.

I'm planning a trip back to the Philippines in March 2022 with my husband. I understand that as long as we are travelling together, he can use the balikbayan privilege to enter the Philippines without a visa, as long as we bring a copy of our marriage certificate.

However, it isn't clear to me if we also need to do the ROM and get a PSA copy of the marriage certificate, or if the US marriage certificate will be enough.

Any recent experiences?

I'm planning to file a petition for my Mom, but the problem is she is still married to her first husband when she married my Father. When she was 14 years old she was sold by my grandmother to her first husband. After 2-3 years she had managed to escape the first husband and then she met my father, and got married without annulment with the first husband.

Now I'm worried what required documents should I be sending when I file a petition for my Mom. Will she need the following documents?:

• CENOMAR OR CERMAR
• MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

I really need her here with me. If someone could share some answers, I would highly appreciate it. By the way she is from the Philippines.

So I ve lurked here for about a year and never posted until now. I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this as I don t post on forums pretty much ever so please forgive my cluelessness.

Anyways, I m looking over the requirements for the Report of Marriage for the Philippines and was curious how others have gotten their spouse s signature for this and other paperwork. It says it needs to be notarized as well. Are there notary publics in the Philippines? My wife is in Dinagat and I m trying to figure things out. Thanks in advance for taking time to help!
