My fiance just arrived from the Philippines yesterday..I'm using her account here. When does the 90 days begin exactly? Who's keeping track of when we're married? Who do we notify after we've complied with their rules and we're married within the 90 days? She was approved for her visa December 23 and received it January 6 but it's already going to expire on March 17. Why is it going to expire less than 3 months after being approved? Does her visa validity have anything to do with her medical? Will her visa validity dictate how soon we are to get married or is it still 90 days after... being approved, receiving her visa or arriving in America? Any accurate information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My wife filed her N400 today for citizenship today. We started talking about dual citizenship at dinner tonight and the topic switched to the minor kids. I know they automatically gain citizenship based upon their mother, but do they automatically retain their Filipino citizenship and keep their passports or, like their mother, is it renounced and have to go through the process to get it back?

Fiance has one scheduled tomorrow and Rapidvisa closed due to a covid case so she got almost zero prep. We basically have been doing this ourselves at this point. I got her booked at the Bayview nearby which is REALLY nice btw. Any tips from people who have done it would be appreciated. Thanks and wish us luck!

Hello all, Wife's mother had a Philippine embassy interview appointment on Nov 23, 2021 but she had to go back to medical on Jan 11 to get her Sputum test results therefore, missing her appointment. It has came back negative and she is ready to move forward with her interview. Do we wait for the the Embassy to notify us for another appointment or do we have to call them to set an appointment? The staff at St Lukes Medical told her that she needs an appointment by April because the exam will expire by then. I went on the Philippine Embassy website to try and make an appointment, but there is no option under the Immigrant Visa section. If we have to call, may we have the number that applicants have used to successfully get through. Sorry if this was discussed before and we really appreciate any imput on this.

Is it ok to create new DS-160 after signing and submitting? I paid and scheduled my interview already so Im not sure if I can create another DS-160. I made some mistake about the details of previous visit in the US like the how many days I stayed and what year year. or is it ok to just leavve it like that and inform the CO during interview? Any suggestion what should I do? Thanks in advance
