I guess after a while the so called experts on here must get tired of answering questions. I m probably not the only one who feels frustrated by this but I guess it s a good thing that I do have a lawyer helping me despite the fact some say that lawyers are not needed. I posted a question about what paperwork was needed for my fianc e in the Philippines to pay for the ds160 fees. No one has bothered to answer this question so that brings me to believe that people must be getting tired of answering my questions or whatever the case may be. So I m guessing it would be a waste of my time to ask for any further advice on this website and just work with my lawyer. Of course I can also go to youtube as well. Why even have this website if no one will give any more advice on anything. But at least I know where not to bother going now.

Are the immunizations at St Luke's a requirement? My fianc e and her two kids finished first day and were asked to return tomorrow for the results and immunizations. However, one of her kids had developed a fever. Probably due to his nervousness with traveling to Manila for the first time and by plane. We are concerned he will not be admitted into SLEC tomorrow if he is not feeling well. We already have interview scheduled for next week and do not want to have to cancel anything as it's a huge inconvenience with them being from Mindanao. Are they able to get immunizations on different day when he is feeling better or can we forego them entirely until they get here to the US?

My wife (Filipina lpr) wants to sponsor her brother to the US. I know siblings normally take a very long time, like 15 years. However, in his case he is on a Canadian work visa and has been a couple years. Would this matter? And if not, would it help if he became a Canadian permanent resident?

Is it ok to submit my application to petition my 2 adult children even if their passports are expired? They have been trying to renew for months but can't get an appointment.
