Hello! When is the right time to take the RT PCR or antigen test? My flight to Manila from US starts from Houston to Los Angeles - Los Angeles to NAIA . Is the 24/48hrs based on Houston or Los Angeles? Does anyone here traveled to Ph recently who have same itinerary like me?

Hello, everyone, I am petitioning for my wife to immigrate from the Philippines via IR-1 visa. Our case reached the NVC at the end of December, and in the middle of January, we submitted all our docs. Shortly thereafter, we requested an expedite and we're granted an expedite with conditions. On March 31, 2022, we received an email from the NVC stating that we were documentarily qualified. On April 1st, one day later, we received an email from NVC Expedite stating that because we were expedited, they would send our case immediately to the US Embassy in Manila. That was 12 days ago. I have called the NVC twice this week. The first person told me everything is fine; it's just taking a little while. The rep today gave me what I later found to be false information: that at this point, it's out of the NVC's hands until they get a request for our case from the Embassy itself. I was later told this is incorrect information, and that the NVC is responsible for forwarding it to the Embassy. I have called twice and emailed twice, and nothing is happening; our status is stuck at "At NVC." It's not even "In Transit" yet. Has anyone else faced this issue? What can we do at this point to move things along? We are getting desperate and willing to try practically anything at this point. Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone. First, THANK YOU to anyone who can offer advice. I just received the email from NVC that they're sending our case to Manila embassy. CEAC website says our case is "IN TRANSIT". What are the next steps? I feel like we should be rushing to do a bunch of stuff right now. Will CEAC case status say something different when they receive it? How long? To top this off, I'll be in the Philippines with my fiancee May 8 through June 5. Is there any chance we can schedule the medical, interview during this time frame so we can do it together? Finally, is it possible that we get everything done by June 5, and she can fly home with me? How long does CFO take? Thank you everyone!!!

Hello, I ve reviewed the General instructions for evidence of the I-130 and it mainly asks for marriage to the mother info, birth certificate of the child and maybe one other item. If anyone has done this, is photos together, a lease with the mother and financial support enough of evidence to satisfy the USCIS requirements for filing? Also, I have divorce, death certs. Is anything else required as far as evidence for this I-130? I will be submitting it online after the 130 and 130a for his mother.
