US Immigration from Philippines

Hello! My mom was the primary caretaker for my minor children in the Philippines. She has passed away unexpectedly. I am in deep panic and seeing if there are any other avenues that I can get the my children here in the US quicker. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am in the process of submitting N400 online. I have reached out to a lawyer and she said that the best thing to do is to start the I130 process.

I know 99.9% of you are concerned with visas to the US, but 1 of the kids is going to grandmothers on a Mexican student visa. Does anyone know the fastest economical way to send her school acceptance documents to her?

Hi! My mom is an LPR who is petitioning for my dad to come here with my sister as derivative. After 29months finally the petition got approved (yay) question now is.. My mom lives with us, so will my dad and sister when they get here. With that being said, household will go up to 8. Question is; my mom does not meet the requirement for the uscis household guideline. She makes less which means I will have to be the co sponsor. My husband and I file our tax jointly, should be fine to send our tax transcript right? Also do I fill out another I-864 or does my mom and I fill out the same one?

Hi Everyone! I want to know if anybody here has knowledge if New Orleans Passport Office are quick to send out passport? I'm getting anxious. I have an upcoming trip. Expedited mine though, I hope that helps. LOL. Thank you for your input.

Is there anyway to view the most recent 20 or 30 K-1 visas that are now in transit or ready from a particular embassy, other than the brute force search through the most recent approval column. I have tried 100 times to use the sort tools on the statistic's page but I have never been able to make it function correctly. I have tried until my head hurts to get it to produce a list of the last 30 from the Manilla embassy w/o sucess!
