US Immigration from Philippines

Greetings all!

My case is currently at NVC, most of my documents were accepted but I was asked to re-submit a few. My police clearance which they actually meant National Bureau of Invistigation (NBI). Because in Philippine we have police clearance and NBI clearance. It's crazy I know.

My question is: What is the approximate average time that NVC take to review re-submitted documents?
Am I back in line for NVC's "case review time"? Meaning, will I have to wait until they get to the date I re-submitted my document?

I have 2 questions:

1. This may have already been answered but if it is I apologize b/c I couldn't find it. Is it a requirement by the Philippine Embassy to have a covid 19 Vaccination to have the K1 visa interview? Or will a PCR test be sufficient?

2. We received an email in early Jan 2022 from the NVC telling us they had forwarded our K1 visa file to the Philippine embassy. We have yet to receive a notice they have received it. What should we do now? We do have our MNL case# and invoice. Should we go ahead and complete the DS-160 without notice from the Embassy?

I got an RFE. You claimed in the Form I-130 that you were married three times. However, you only submitted a divorce decree with one of your prior spouses. You did not provide proof of marriage termination to your other ex-spouse. You also claimed that the beneficiary had married once, but the record included two marriage certificates between you and the beneficiary. Please explain this discrepancy. We were married by proxy in the US and also in the Philippines as I did not send to Philippine Embassy to have it recorded in NSO. How should I respod?

We just got an RFE after waiting nearly two years for them to get around to processing our forms. Insufficient evidence of good faith marriage.

We submitted:

1. Jointly filed 1040
2. copy of both our health insurance cards
3. a lease agreement dated 2 years prior for our current residence (never re-leased, we're just month to month)
4. a joint certificate of title for our car

The RFE says we did not submit evidence demonstrating that our tax form was filed with the IRS. How are we supposed to do that? It's not like the IRS sends you a receipt for your tax forms. What exactly are they expecting us to provide?

They also complained that the health cards do not show "details related to financial responsibility or coverage terms". What are they actually expecting to see and what do I need to get to satisfy this?

They also said the provided evidence "covers a limited period of time of your marriage". That's literally every moment of our marriage up to the point that we submitted two years ago, so I don't know what they're expecting to see there. I'm over the moon irritated at the moment and I think that's coming through in my typing, so I apologize if my tone is not great.

What do I actually need to find and who do I get it from to fulfill their requirements?

Does anyone out there know what changes to make your case status "under active review" as opposed to whatever it was before that happened?
