US Immigration from Philippines

Hello. I moved to the US with a K1 visa a few years ago and my removal of conditions is coming up. I m from the Philippines, where the law is that when a woman gets married, whatever their last name is becomes their middle name. Prior to marriage, our middle name is our mom s maiden surname. However, when I got married in the US, I opted to keep my mom s surname as my middle name. My Philippine passport reflects that (my mom s maiden name = my middle name and my husband s surname = my surname). My problem is that it might somehow cause an issue when I send in my docs for removal of conditions, since my name in the Philippines is legally different from my name in the US. Could this cause an issue? If so, what should I do?

Hello VJ, thanks for making a way for us to check on a certain type of visa statics. My attached screen shot is from 01/01/2021 thru 12/31/2021 K1 visa. And I searched years 2020, 2019 and so on as well. There are a lot information by looking at the result.

My question is, where it says Total Records column, it contains number 91, I assume this number is the number of I-129f applicants for the year 2021. I would like to know where you got this information from? Is it from USCIS? If so can you give us the link. I already have their link about visa issuance by month.

Your response will help me on my decision making. Thanks.

Filling out our I-134, and do have some questions:

1) Is the A number from the NOA 2 (above beneficiary's name) the one to use for I-134? I've seen some who use it, and some that don't.

2) The I-134 is sent with her for the interview. Does it have to be originals, or can be copy? I know this is asked a lot, and she is checking with the embassy, but thought I would ask from experience.

3) I have filed an Affidavit of Support before, but I don't remember the exact date (2010'ish). I want to generalize the date, but not sure if this will hinder?

4) Question 26.a. from I-134, should I put the current beneficiary, or a previous one?

Hi, all... Hoping for some factual information as I am running out of Time AND nails to chew on...

I just wanted to try to confirm with everyone here about aging out (Philippines)? Our (her) daughter is turning 21 in October 10-10-22. It seems like with the current wait times we're not going to make it without a Expedite. I have done 2 expedite requests but they were denied, with just a simple form letter saying we don't qualify.

Our petition is finally showing on CEAC as ready. I have already filed the DS-160 and paid the MRV fee but it is not yet showing as valid (paid yesterday at noon). It was supposed to already be reflected within 4-6 hours How long would we have to wait for that so that we could schedule our interview already? I have spoken to people on facebook as well and they are telling me that I need to upload documents on CEAC and an invoice number and welcome letter but I haven't seen anything about that in the guides I've checked and it's making me really nervous. What are you really supposed to do at this point? Any advice would be appreciated.
