Hello, I married my fiance on 1/26/2022. She came to the US on a Fiance Visa on 1/15/2022. She has children in the Philippines who are being raised by their grandparents. We indicated on the i-129f and DS-160 that her children are NOT joining her. If we needed to bring her children to the US due to unforeseen circumstances, what is the best way to do that? I've researched and found these two options. Option 1. I've read that I would need to fill out an i-130 for each of them. Option 2. I've also read that my wife could fill out an i-824 for both of them once she receives her green card. Which of these options are correct given our circumstances? If both options are available, which is the better of the two options? Is there a another option that we're missing? Thanks

She said to my wife that if my wife surround her with mountains of gold bricks, it would still not be enough to repay her who raised her. That my wife should be grateful that without her, she would not be born and living in the USA if not for her. My widowed mother-in-law dos not work due to health reasons. She is in her mid sixties. Her other daughter living in the USA is buying the house she is living in. She also said she has to stretch the $700 remittance to make it last all month. I am interested in to hear thoughts from other Filipinas living in the USA or outside the Philippines on this subject matter. Thank you.

I'm providing documents to my fianc for her upcoming K-1 interview. I have read in the various checklists that the embassy may require a I-134 Affidavit of Support and I'm preparing the document in case it is needed. I'm confused about the submission of the document and the USCIS website doesn't seem clear to me. From what I've read, it seems that the document either needs to be submitted to the USCIS or that my fianc will submit it to the embassy. Can anyone let me know the proper procedure for that document?

Hello, I m starting to fill out my information for my I-130 online now, was thinking of using RapidVisa, but went to the Better Business Bureau and all I seen was negative reviews. Anyway, I ve moved around a lot in the past 5 years, including living in the Philippines and am wondering if someone else has experienced a lot of moving, including staying in hotels for 2-3 weeks at a time or Airbnb s here and there? Also, I lived in several different homes in the US before I moved over there. How do I complete my addresses including 2-3 week stays between residences to satisfy the I-130 requirements. Thanks for any help.
