US Immigration from Philippines

So how do you know if it is even worth trying? I just filed the I-130 but I am trying to find any way to get her here faster. I have seen many posts about them not approving them anymore and just closing them as admin whatever. If this is supposed to be a way to get your spouse here quickly to shorten the physical time away then why are they closing them all? Like a K1 visa, they have to apply to be able to work as well correct?

I get so frustrated with this whole immigration process. When I see people just flooding across our borders and being allowed to stay while their court-appointed lawyer helps them file for asylum at no cost to them and then they just wait here for their court date where many of them just get approved. This all just feels like punishment to do it the right way.

A family member came to the US with pure intentions of being married to a woman. But no one told him his wife has schizophrenia and it is a mess that he didn t see the few times they were together and chatting online. Truly sad. He s on a conditional green card now. If he ends the marriage, will he be deported or do you think it s possible he could argue to stay here? He has a job and a support system.

Currently, I make more than enough to qualify for my AOS and I probably will be including the 2022 transcript in my package by the time I am approved. My 2019 transcript doesn't show a large amount of AGI but does show a large income due to having my own business that year. My 2020-2021 tax transcript does not show a lot of money made due to the pandemic and other issues (I was out of work from March 2020 to September 2021). I had an unemployment income but it wasn't enough to be over the poverty level in either 2020 or 2021.

1. What number do they go off on the transcript for income qualification?

2. If I had a couple of bad years as I did (which is due to the pandemic), will I get disqualified and need a co-sponsor even though I make twice the amount now?

3. If I get approved prior to my taxes being done for 2022 how do I show them I have a large enough income so I don't need a co-sponsor, pay stubs?

Wanting to hit two birds with one stone! I need to travel to Washington state to apply for my dual citizenship as I am from NC. Would anyone have insight on the ff:

1) Do you know if one can successfully apply for dual citizenship and simultaneously submit requirements for Report of Birth (ROB) while at the embassy ? Or do these need separate appointments?

2) Can I just use ONE original copy of my Report of Marriage (ROM) to report the births of my two children? Or do I need to have ONE original and separate ROM copy for each ROB?

Trying to streamline the processes involved as much as I can. Any advice would be great!
