US Immigration from Philippines

Hello has anyone stopping getting the weekly email that shows the estimated approval dates I751 they haven't been sending for 2 weeks now ?

I just got my taxes done, and still waiting for the results of sending the I-130 in. Should I wait to hear from CSC, or send it in soon as possible?

Are the vaccine requirements still in place or have those been completely lifted inlcuding the quarantine? Not really able to find good info. our plan is to travel back to the Philippines in December.

I have a friend who is a Filipina and still in the Philippines. soon she will be moving to Canada to live with her son and daughter in law. later I will be going there to meet her and her family there. Then I want to bring her here to America to get married. What is the prosecc for her to come here. will she have to go back to the Philippines to do the process to come here or will she do it all from Canada.

Received my package from LBC but the only thing inside is my passport. The Annotations on my visa are:

212(g)(2)(B)

Class A or B (TB) Req. ATTN. of USPHS at POE

IV Docs in CCD

I had sputum test from st lukes clinic, so i was expecting my medical docs in the yellow packet to arrive with my passport.

Will this be a problem at immigration/POE?
