US Immigration from Philippines

Hello

I and the wife were married in the Philippines in July 2019. Wife and step daughter got here (US) April 2021. We have already applied for 10 year green cards and have 48 month

extension letters and will apply for citizenship in January (N 400) but the step daughters passport expires in April 2024. Question is do I really need to go through the hassle of

renewing the passport or can we just wait for the US passports? We have no plans of travel before getting the US passports.

The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. My parents tourist visa is closer to their date interview. Last minute check on the documents and since we will sponsor their trip, expenses and all, my husband is the main sponsor on the affidavit of support form since he is a US citizen, do you think the consular will still look for bank statements that we send money to my parents on a monthly basis as we declared on the form i-134 during the interview? (Income contribution to the beneficiary annually)

My SO will be going to SLEC this week to get TB test results (2nd time undergoing sputum testing). Does anyone know:

1. Whether they release the medical exam results (to be mailed to the Embassy) on the same day that the applicant picks up the TB test results?
2. How long it takes for the Embassy to issue the visa (assuming everything is in order) once the documents are sent in via courier?
