Hi, we're preparing our documents for our CR-1 interview on May 23rd. I've read on this forum that we need to create a US Travel Docs account and set a delivery address, and we'll need to pay our fees there as well later on. However, we were only given an appointment automatically via email and never asked to create an account. When we created an account out of curiosity today, there was nowhere to link to an existing case or anything. So, my question is: How do we link to an existing case/appointment when it was setup for us, and how would we set a document delivery address as well as pay the visa fees once required? Thanks!

Urgent help needed! I am a US Citizen petitioning for my mom from the Philippines. We are a military family being my husband is an active duty and we just moved overseas due to military orders. We just received interview letter and we are to schedule for my mom s medical. i am currently registering for and appointment however, one requirement is petitioner s US address. We are currently overseas so we don t have a US address. What should we do? It s also asking for the intended port of entry in the US. Also, I have updated our address in the USCIS portal. do I need to update our address anywhere else? HELP!!!

My 2 year GC had expired a few months when I had gotten in touch with our immigration lawfirm. They promised to follow up with us so they could process our next step--they didn't. Anyway at least $6k later, instead of inquiring first on what to do and to check my status with USCIS, they insisted on starting over and applying. USCIS wrote back saying due to Covid, they gave 48 months extension, so basically, I was good with my GC--therefore they closed the case and said reapplication was null. Didn't get my money back (of course) and my lawyer asked to appeal to reopen. Then when they made it clear it wasn't an option, lawyer opted to just apply for ROC. I have not left the US since 2018. I have a 12-year old son whose naturalization along with mine is the goal. We applied for ROC in the middle of last year. Still haven't gotten any word--it still says "normal processing time." I've been married to my husband since 06/2019 and we've been living together for almost 7 years now. My question is, can I skip (abandon) the pending ROC and just go straight to N400 application, considering I seem to satisfy all requirements for naturalization?

So, I am the US citizen and my girlfriend is the foreigner. She is from the Philippines but is currently residing and working in Saudi Arabia. I just got back from visiting her for the first time in Saudi Arabia and now we are planning on me visiting her and her family in the Philippines early next year. After that, we will be working on her coming here. She has already tried to visit here, but her b2 visa was denied. We were not given a reason. She pretty much waited in line at the US embassy in SA and when she got to the front the visa officer denied her right away. We believe it was due to her applying in a country other than her home country. She had also at the time only been in SA for 6 months. Should we try for a b2 visa, again? Or go straight to k-1? We are both also concerned about the part of the k-1 where we have to agree to marry while she is here. Obviously this is the end goal, but, we have only met each other in person once for a week at this point. I'm new to all of this and any advice or tips would help a lot. Forms and applications are confusing and mixing it with relationships makes things even more complicated. Thank you!

I'm trying to pay for my spouse green card fee after getting her passport back with visa. Where is the A number? Is it the same as the registration number?
