Hello VJ Members,

I have filed I751 at VSC on Jan 11,2019 and as per USCIS Vermont service centre processing time today, they are processing case that are filed on Jan18,2019 which means that my case is already outside normal processing time. I have already submitted service request for I751 to inquire whats going with my case?My case has been transferred to NBC on Feb 04,2020 after completing N400 biometric on Feb 02,2020.

What happen once you submit service request for case outside normal processing time?Would that actually help in triggering pending cases to approval or for interview?Can someone with a similar experience shed a light as to what we could expect from USCIS?

I am preparing for the approval of my I-130, and have a question about the upcoming I-864 form. We have a joint sponsor, so everything is good there. Questions:
1) If my petitioner was not required to file taxes for the last three years (income under $12,200), what is he supposed to write in post 24a-24c? (Tax year and total income).

Is it better to write the actual income ($10,500) or N/A? The petitioner's current annual income is zero.

2) Does he have to attach a written statement, as stated in the instructions for the form? "If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law for any other reason, attach a typed or printed explanation including evidence of the exemption and how you qualified for it. "

3) He is self-employed as an artist, and current income is zero because of the coronatimes. Will he have to attatch some evidence for this?

I have been trying to figure out ways to get the federal income tax return or tax transcript, which was requested in the 1-864 form. I have tried to download transcripts using https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript, however I keep getting an error message saying that I am not able to register. I suspect this is because I live abroad and have filed the 1040 tax form overseas for the last 5 years. Then the website directs me to alternative ways of getting transcripts, which I suspect are not applicable given the current COVID-19 situation and the fact that the website explicitly states:

Tax Transcripts are only available online.

We have stopped processing transcript requests by mail until further notice. If you only need to find out how much you owe or verify payments you made within the last 18 months, you can view your tax account.

I have also tried ordering via phone by calling the IRS given the phone number provided on the web, however the automated message says they are unable to take phone orders. I was wondering if anyone has been in a similar boat and been successful? Does anyone have any ideas for further course of action. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Hello! I am sure that this has been asked before but my searches haven't really given me a straightforward answer. For this part of the I-134:

Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance

Would monthly statements for the past year be sufficient? I have emailed my bank (USAA) and asked for a document with the above information but they have not gotten back to me. Appreciate the help!
