US Immigration from Italy

Hello,

My Naturalization interview was scheduled for next week, however, I had an accident in the house a few days ago and broke my foot. I thought of rescheduling but after talking to my doctor it looks like recovery isn't likely any time soon. I may need a quick surgery and will have to be in a cast + crutches for the next three months (reason why I didn't reschedule)

Now, I am able to "walk" with crutches (can't put weight on my foot), I need help carrying literally everything, can't open doors, etc. Is this considered a disability, and if so, will my husband be allowed in the building with me? Or is there anything I need to notify the office of?

Hi, I got married on June 9th and the 90th day of my visa would be August 5th.
My husband and I are probably sending my AOS by the end of this week. Sadly USCIS is being slow at processing the cases so the NOA1 might take up to 6 weeks to be issued.

So, would it be a problem to receive the NOA1 of my Adjustment of Status after the 90 days?

Hello everyone,

I am about to file for removal the condition of residency. I recently moved to a new place but I would like my mails to get to my previous home as there is always someone that I know to collect them.

I am not sure how long I am going to be in this new apartment probably not long so I was wondering if I should write this new address as my physical address in the form I751 since I am not even going to get my mails here.

What do you think? Do you think it will cause me problems if I do not change my physical address with USCIS? I am just worried that having a physical address different from my mailing one will cause further delays.

Filing on Monday

Hello Everyone,

finally my attorney is about to file for the removal of my condition of residence.

I have some questions for those who already been through it.
how long do they take to call for a biometric appointment? Can it be rescheduled?
And also, can we see if they are mailing us an appointment notice for biometric or not in the USCIS website if we insert the case number of the first receipt we re going to receive (like extension receipt)?
I wanna go home on vacation but I wanna make sure I don t miss the appointment notice!

I am about to start Community college and I was considering applying for the Dream Act, which is not part of FASFA. But I am wondering if the Dream Act would affect my Adjustment of Status (have not sent yet), in other words, would receiving money for educational use through the DREAM Act be considered a public charge and thus deny me my green card?
