US Immigration from France

Hello!

I will be apply for citizenship next month, and my parents are currently in the US with an E2 visa expiring in 1 year or so.

I tried to look on the forum for more detailed, but I only found detailed to file when parents live outside of the US

Can someone help me with the process ?

My husband and I submitted Form I-485 (Green Card) in November of 2018 and then submitted the applications for work and travel authorization I-131 & I-765 (we would have submitted those with the original green card paperwork but didn't know this was an option!)

Our work/travel documents were received at the NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER in December of 2018!

It has now been 5 months waiting for these documents and there seems to be no end in sight, the waiting times just keep going up!

Has anyone received their work authorization card after submitting paperwork to the National Benefits Center in December 2018??

i don t want to hire a lawyer ! They are full of craps!

my husband is the USC .

I need to do my citizenship too as I got problems getting in. They said I had a violation on my immigration???? Then I sent to a room and they called my name like 25 minutes after gave me my green card then I went on my way!!! The immigration officer told me to become a citizen so I won t have to go through this again!

But my question is : I never got a ticket nor anything why will they say I have a violation on my immigration status???

that made me missed my connection flight to NY from LAX .

But got new tickets from JetBlue because they wrote me a letter saying I was caught in CBS for 20 minutes

My fianc is American and we finally decided to get a k1 visa so she can bring me in the US,

My question is am I eligible to get a k1 visa as my country Libya is one of the travel ban countries?
