    Update: April 26, 2024 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS As of April 26, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number IOE***********. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. My Receipt Notice is available for download. It's a 48 months extension dated form 04/26/2024. And they will reuse my biometrics.

    I just looked at my bank account and it says for my check and it says: - Date of transaction: 04/25/2024 - Received for processing So it has just been cashed since it was received on 04/08/2024. I guess your application has been delivered to USCIS on 04/06/2024 but they didn't processed your case yet. I was also worried that USCIS would not pickup my package before my GC expired on 04/19 but at the end when I got the update on MyUSCIS on 04/23 they indicated that my case was received on 04/08.

    Hi everyone! Just got an email from USCIS: "We have taken an action on your case." - Package sent on 04/06/2024 via USPS to the Carol Stream IL PO Box - Delivery confirmed on 04/08/2024 - Email received on 04/23/2024 and logged on myUSCIS account: April 8, 2024 Case Was Received And A Receipt Notice Was Sent On April 8, 2024, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number IOE********, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describes how we will process your case. For now, the Receipt Notice is not available for download and my check has not been cashed yet.

    No, not yet. I am not even sure if USCIS got my application yet as it still shows on the USPS website that my package has been delivered and available at the PO Box since April 8. And my check has not been cashed yet. It's starting to stress me out!

    No I have no update for now... USPS still says that my package is available for pick up at the PO Box in Carol Stream. And nothing new also on myUSCIS

    Oh yes I know it should take several weeks before I receive my extension letter/receipt. What I was saying is that my package has not been picked up since it arrived at the PO Box on 04/08. And I am worried if USCIS don't pick it up before the expiration of my GC date on April 19 that would be a problem for me? Or is the date of delivery of my package count as the date of filling?

    Hello April's filers! I mailed my joint package on 04/06/2024 via USPS to the Carol Stream IL PO Box. It was delivered on 04/08/2024 and available at the PO Box for pickup since...so it has been a week there according to USPS. My green card expires on April 19 and I am starting to be worried that my package won't be pickup before the expiration date. I also checked on MyUSCIS account to see if maybe USPS didn't update the status of my package, but nothing new there. Should I contact USCIS to be sure they pickup my package or there is not much to do about it? Anyway, I started the 2024 April topic since it did not exist yet. Lets hear about your timeline here and good luck to you all!
