US Immigration from Costa Rica

I filed for removal of conditions a year ago and did the Biometrics in December 2021. My case still says 'Case received' which isn't a big deal except I noticed that people who applied for N-400 after me has had their biometrics waived and already were assigned to a location. Many times automatically from the online portal.

I called USCIS to ask and they say they can see the Biometrics on their side but there is nothing I can do to have them update it on the portal. The agent I spoke to also said she sees I am in the queue to be scheduled for another Biometrics. I suspect there is a disjoint between systems and because my status isn't updated for the I-175 it is affecting my N-400 which is giving an approximate completion time of 16 months and is assigned to NBC, not a local location.

Anyone else knows how to trigger the update on USCIS side or have been in similar position? Did you do two Biometrics?

When they say each applicant do they mean we both need to complete (Petitioner and beneficiary) or when they say applicant are they just referring to the beneficiary?

For the I-134 am I able to sign it then scan it and email it to her signed? Or does it need to be a wet signature? I will not be present the day of the interview.

Is there more information about what they mean by job letter?

For the bank statements how far should they go back?

Hello, I am asking this questions on behalh of my sister in law, she has the ability to apply for her I-485, she was granted asylum status (Form I-589). I believe she needs the follwing, if I am mssing anything please correct me, thank you in advance for any help

• Filled out I-485
• Filled out I-693
• Biometics
• Affidavit of continued physcial presence in the USA (written and prepared by the person applying)
• Money order for the cost of the application

My husband is about to be on the last step of the CR-1 visa since he has lived in the states for almost 2 years. Our date to refile all of the information is in October to remove the conditional status. However he wants to go to Costa Rica ( where he's from) in November. His green card is valid until January 17th, 2023. Does anyone know if he is still able to travel without any problems so close to the expiration or does he have to wait until he gets the new green card without conditions? I just want to make sure it's not something like he can't travel within the last 6 months or something like that.
