US Immigration from Colombia

Good afternoon,

I have a few questions before submitting my AOS packet for my wife. A little background on us, my Wife came over on a K1 visa about 2 months ago, we were married during her first 30 days here. I finally got around to filling out most of the paperwork for the AOS. I just had a few questions that I would be grateful if the board could help with.

01. Can we have the copy of non immigrant (k1) visa and entry stamp on the same page? or does it need to be 2 seperate copies/pages?

02. Is the Copy of Form I-797 the same form that was received when applying for the k1 visa? I have I-797 Notice of Action and I-797C.

03. On the I-864 Affidavit of Support, do I put I am the petitioner filing for the immigration of my direct relative in regards to my Wife who was here on a K1 Visa?
-Also in regards to I-864 on part 5 Sponsors household size, since I am sponsoring my wife and she is included in Part 3 Item 29 do I not put "1" under if You are currently married? Or do I put 1 and exclude it from the total at the bottom where it displays household size?

04. I have a copy of my wifes medical exam from Colombia that she took during the K1 visa application. Do I still need to fill out Form I-693? Or do I just attach a copy of the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet to the AOS application? Side note on the document from the Dr. in Colombia Insufficient time interval to complete series was marked for Tdap, and MMR. Flu Vaccine was also marked unavailable. Would that be an issue? Would my wife need to get those vaccinations done?

05. Since I'm submitting the I-485 for my wife along with the I-765 (authorization to work) and I-131 (application to travel document), What are the the fees? I used the fee calculator and I was a little confused. I selected the family based visa direct relative of US citizen. The total is $1,225.00. Is that including the I765 and I131?

06. Do I need to add the G-325A (biographic information) sheet to the packet?

07. Can I attach the G-1145 (e-notification of application/petition acceptance) to get notified that my packet was received?

Is anyone else having issues with retrieving recently created DS 160 applications? I'm going crazy over here trying to get this website to allow me to get this done!! please help

Tengo muchas dudas, una de ellas es saber detallatamente cuales son los formularios que se llenan a lo largo de todo el proceso de la visa cr1?

Mi esposo ciudadano americano que vive en Miami, va empezar a llenar los formularios, obviamente sabemos que el primer formulario es el I-130 Y I-130A, correcto?.

Pero en internet y la informaci n es confusa, dicen que despues del i-130, se debe llenar el I-864 pero en otras paginas dice que el I-864EZ, no sabemos cual es la informaci n correcta?

Lo mismo pasa con otro formulario 325? nose si se envia o no?

Ahora bien, despues del i-864 (que tengo confusi n), sigue el G-1145, despues el DS-260 , DS261 ??

Me encantaria que me pudiera ayudar con los nombres de los formularios, en realidad tener un listado detallados seria genial.

3. G-1145?

3. I-864 O I864EZ?

4. I-260?

5.I261 ?

6.I-485?

Nota: La petici n es solo para mi, nos casamos hace 1 a o, no tenemos hijos ni matrimonios anteriores, y posiblemente vamos a tener un sponsor, que seria el pap de mi esposo.

Yo vivo en Colombia actualmente, mi esposo vive en EE.UU.

Not even 20 minutes ago I started a DS 160 application for my mother in law. Some how the page closed, and when I went to retrieve the application it keeps telling me that the name and or birth year is incorrect. I know I did not make an error in my info entry. I'm SO frustrated and I'm on like the 3rd page of the application for the 1st of 3 of my relatives has anyone had this issue? I know DS 160 is problematic but of course now I'm on a time crunch... fyi, was using firefox browser

I received my green card (From K1 visa) in March and I got admitted into a graduate school 5 hours away (driving) from where we are living now. We tried to find a job for him in the new city but seems impossible for him to move with me. We might have to move separately for 1 year which is the duration of the masters program. Of course we would visit each other every two weeks but we won't be living together that year.

Is it going to be an issue for our removal of conditions process? Will we get in trouble with USCIS for doing this? Our priority is being together and not risking anything for ROC but we also don't want to stop each other from succeeding in our professional careers.
