US Immigration from Canada

As the above topic states I would like to know if I need to do a i693 because I did my visa medical in September 2020 and I have my vaccination record on hand from then. I had to do my medical twice too so it would be nice to not have to blow another 400 bucks

Does the medical apply to K1 Visa holder

I had my interview in October 2019 and was approved and I was told that I would receive my passport with visa in the mail in two weeks, then I was put on ap, then the pandemic happen and immigration ban. My medical exam and police report had expired. In April of this year I received a letter asking for me to update those two documents and affidavit of support. Did all that last month and sent everything forward. Since then there have been updates to ceac five times. My question is how long will this it take now for me to get my visa? Please help thank you.

Hey just had a quick question. I just about had everything compiled and was planning on sending my ROC friday, but i only currently have one (2019) tax transcript. The reason being, my husband has a small business and only just filed his taxes a few days ago. Apparently, it'll take a week for IRS to be able to send a transcript. Along with that, my husband always owes taxes bc of the nature of his work, and will probably have to do a payment plan. Can I even get a transcript if we still technically owe taxes? I have been a stay at home wife so its zero income reported for me, but we file jointly.

My greencard expires September 24th.

Hi all!

I just received notice that my interview was scheduled in relation to my I-751 and was wondering if anyone had insight as to what the interview process entails? Will my husband have to attend? Our children? What types of questions are asked? I attended the first one on my own so this is new territory for me.

I completed my biometrics on July 2nd.

I have checked the egov case status tool and myuscis but both of them have not updated since my case has been received back in March.

Is this a common issue?
