US Immigration from Canada

Hi everyone! I do have a question.. has anybody experienced here needing an NBI clearance from the Philippines but is already living overseas? I left the Philippines in 2015 where I lived for over 20 years. I do have the blue clearance for "multipurpose" reason which I got in 2018 for my Canadian citizenship. The one I have was under my maiden name. In 2019, I got married and changed my last name. However, I never returned to the Philippines since I left and even after I got married. Also, since I have submitted the other copy of my clearance and only left with the one with a "personal copy" stamped at the front page, will the personal copy be accepted at NVC and during the interview under my maiden name? Or do I have to request a new one without the personal copy on it? I hope someone can help me. I am already at NVC stage and has completed all the documents except for the NBI clearance.

I'm currently going through the K1 Visa process, I've been approved and already I have my interview next month. I will likely be moving to the US in the spring if all goes with at my interview.

I was curious if I would be able to work right away after receiving my marriage certificate and before applying for AOS.

I received my social security number when I was a student on F1 Visa that has the legend "Valid to Work Only with DHS Authorization". (see attachment for example)

Does the process change for me? What do I have to do to remove the "Valid to Work Only with DHS Authorization" condition on my SSN?

I'm just trying to prepare myself before I move so I can complete all the correct paperwork and do it efficiently for myself.

Me (Canadian) and my fianc e (American) and I have received our interview date for January 18 in Montreal! Very exciting, but I have a few questions regarding the medical exam.

1. Is there a specific window the exam needs to be held in relation to my interview date of January 18th?

2. Is there a long wait to schedule an appointment with a physician an approved physician?

3. Do I schedule a Canadian Immigration Exam or a US Immigration Exam? (I'm Canadian moving to the States)

Any help is great!

Anyway, when entered the US, it was 1 day after our 2yr anniversary. Kid1 and I received our green cards with IR status, 10 year expiration. Kid2 s came as CR with 2 year expiration. I filed an I-90, submitting all required supporting documentation and Kid2 received a new green card, IR status, 10yr expiration. However, this week we received an I-751 to remove conditions on Kid2 s green card. What s the best way to approach this? Send copies of the NOA for the I-90 and a copy of the GC to a myUSCIS inquiry?

I've tried to search for this and still confused. My wife (green card holder) did her biometrics 5/10/21 and now has an interview tomorrow, 12/5/2,1 for removing conditions (that I'll also attend). It says to bring lease statements for joint occupancy and financial records showing joint stuff, and then a vague 'other docs establishing your marriage in good faith.' We submitted a massive amount of proof of our marriage when first applying for the removal of conditions (financials, utilities, photos, social media, etc etc). My qu.- do we need that much evidence again at this stage?

A few weeks ago I lost all of my documents on my old laptop, including all of the evidence I had gathered at that point. (I know, I know, I thought it was backed up). I can gather it all again but just curious anyone's experience on how much new evidence they needed??
