US Immigration from Canada

I live in Atlanta but my interview has been scheduled at Montgomery, Alabama, which is about 2.5 hrs away. I just had a newborn so I cannot be away from home that long and I am not sure if I can leave my two kids at home and arrange childcare. Is there anyway to reschedule to Atlanta office even if I have to wait months?

Our case was created on 3/18 and we paid the same day. Two weeks later it still showed in progress so I called nvc and they assigned to a supervisor. 2 days layer the payments showed as rejected but no refund came to the account. It's been 2 days. I'm really worried they took our money and mislabeled as rejected so we need to pay again and no idea what to do. Any ideas?

Hi All,

Need some advice. The USCIS officer sent an RFE after my N400 interview cuz I was out of the country on a trip for 180 days durning covid and they needed proof I did not abandon my life here. I sent a huge binder with plenty of proof that I kept all my life here in the USA. I see that it was delivered and picked up at the post office. I'm still a little nervous as I have no actual proof they got it. Should I upload all the info to the website too, just in case, or am I being paranoid? The response must be in their hands by April 5th.
