US Immigration from Canada

Spouse will not be attending, and it's not a joint 751 interview as that was already approved. A few questions:

* do I need to bring my spouse's US citizenship records? Or just my passport and green card? I'm interviewing under the 3-year, married to a US citizen, rule.

* do I need any ROC style documentation? Joint X and Y sort of thing? Or is that implied by an approved ROC app?

* do I need physical copies of what I had to submit, eg tax returns? I assume yes just in case. Anything else that may be useful that I didn't need to submit?

* I got a red light camera ticket since applying. It was purged via online traffic school as a first offence. Bring it up or nah? If yes, bring documentation?

Anything else to keep in mind? Also, any possible tips to get an oath ceremony same day?

I wrote email to NVC to opt out of converting from F2B to F1 as my petitioner became Citizen. F1 is not even current in visa bulletin. My case is Documentarily Qualified at NVC & am expecting interview at US consulate in 2-3 months time. Why they did this below?

I got following reply today:

Dear Sir/Madam:

We received the Petitioner's proof of citizenship and upgraded the visa classification of your petition. Your new visa classification is F1.

The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.

My F2A application is documentary qualified on September 2021. Recieved couple of emails from NVC for 60 days waiting notice for next step. Designated consulate is Monteral.

Last month my husband become US citizen and raised request to upgrade our F2A application to NVC along with all needed documents. It's been more than 3 weeks yet no notification / response from NVC.

I am wondering how long it takes NVC to upgrade application upgrade request? Please share some inputs.
