US Immigration from Canada

My understanding is that I need to bring the MRV fee payment receipt to the consulate interview. I believe this is the several hundred dollars that is paid for the visa. Where can I find this? I have my interview confirmation letter, but I'm not sure that's the same thing. Do they just want a screenshot of my credit card account showing I made such a payment?

To be clear I am asking this for a friend, as you can see by my timeline i've already applied but the friend has the same location (Canada-USA)

I've been told the proposed I-129f filing fees are going through May 30th

So if someone were to send their petition May 26th for example with the $535 original fee, and it arrives at the lockbox on May 31st or slightly later, will that petition be rejected for having the original fee listed on the website at the time of sending it? Or is there some leeway for those who are applying this week?

If one takes U.S. Citizenship Oath, and apply for U.S. Passport the same day. However, if one travels to Canada on emergency event before receiving US passport, can one return to US with Canadian passport and I551stamp on Canadian passport?

Hoping this will be my last immigration question EVER. I had my oath ceremony about 10 days ago, and then received my 10 year green card in the mail last week . Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do with it? I surrendered all my other previous cards (OPT, work permit, conditional green card) at the field office when I went for the ceremony. On a somewhat tangential note, does anyone know of a good guide for what to do and how to time things once you enter the US on a K-1? I know, for example, that you have a specific period of time to get a SSN before getting your green card. We are really hoping to get my fiance able to work as soon as possible because my job situation is a bit dicey.
