I-485: Which I-94 do I need to provide?

There are two kinds of I-94, as far as I can tell. The first contains a record number, class of admission, and admit-until date. It pertains to the most recent entry into the US. The second kind of I-94 is the travel history, which includes dates, locations, and directions. Which one of these two (or both) is required to be submitted with the I-485 (AOS form) for K1 immigrants?

Requesting I-140 via FOIA

How easy is it to request a copy of one's I-140, specifically the presentation letter and evidence attached to the initial I-140?

Long story short, my attorney sent in a presentation letter with multiple versions. I wanted to verify that USCIS has the correct version. I was hoping to access my I-140 package as sent in with the presentation letters, evidence, etc.

It was an EB-1 self-petition, so I am the applicant.

Will USCIS provide the materials that went along with the I-140 form itself if I request it?

Montreal Consulate - Scheduling K1 Fiancé visa interview/appointment

Hello,

I just was looking for some advice, or maybe clarification from anyone else going through this as well.

Our fianc visa application was approved by USCIS earlier this year, we are currently at the Packet 4 stage with the Consulate in Montreal, Canada. I logged into the website "Official U.S. Department of State Visa Appointment Service" and I got all the way to the MRV Fee Details/Payment page, but it won't allow me to go any further, and it is stating "There are no available appointments at this time. Please check back in a few days as the Consular Section will open more appointments". I have been checking for a few days now and no new openings. I am just wondering if I am going about this correctly, as well as is there maybe a better time/date to check for openings? Or is it really just luck of the draw at this point?

Any help, or advice, or personal experiences would be super appreciated.

Thank you so much!

K1 Visa Montreal Appointment Booking Non-availability

Hi!

I can't seem to find any information on this specifically, its all mainly just information on timelines between stages. I was wondering if anyone has any information on the average expected wait time for the Montreal consulate to open new appointments. I have been checking the website several times a day since July 3rd, and continue to see the same message:

"There are no available appointments at this time. Please check back in a few days as the Consular Section will open more appointments."

This is at the stage of paying the MRV fee on the ais.usvisa-info site. I have inquired and apparently I cannot pay until an appointment is available, but no new appointments have been opened for over a month as far as I can tell. Is this normal, or is something wrong? Do I need to hire someone to constantly refresh the page hundreds of times a day because I am just missing the few minutes each week they release new availability? Does anyone know if there are specific dates/ times that they tend to make new appointments available?

I am just beginning to get a bit concerned as this wait time seems excessive just for the chance to book an appointment that I will have to wait again for.

Any experience with this or similar situations would help.

Thank you!

Travel to India with expired GC + extension letter in married name

Hello,

I am an LPR (came on K1) and have filed for ROC. I am planning a trip to India soon and was wondering if I would have issues while flying back to the US with an expired GC and valid extension letter. The other issue is that my Canadian passport is in my maiden name and the GC and extension letter are in my married name. I am worried that the flight check in staff at the airport in India will not accept the expired GC + extension letter and if they do, may have an issue with the different last name (though I will be carrying my marriage certificate as proof). I will be booking the ticket in my maiden name as that is the name on my passport. Has anyone been in a similar situation or has knowledge about it and can offer any advice?. Thank you.
