I am an October 2007 filer, this has been a long wait. I am extremely happy and excited.

I got an email today at 5.45am from USCIS email update informing me that both my I-130 and I-129F approved and NOA2 were sent out yesterday. Best wishes to those still waiting for their NOA2s.

K3 Timeline

09/05/07- Married

10/05/07- Sent I-130

10/09/07- I-130 received at TSC

01/14/08- Received NOA1 for I-130 from VSC

02/27/08- Sent I-129F by Express Mail

02/27/08- I-129F received at VSC signed for by P. Novak

03/14/08- Received NOA1 for I-129F from VSC

03/23/08- I-129F touched

05/06/08- I-130 touched

08/11/08- I-130 approved

08/11/08- I-129 approved

10/09/08- Interview

10/09/08- Visa denied: Due to insufficient evidence to establish a bonafide relationship

08/28/09- NOIR and request for more evidence

09/22/09- Deadline for more evidence. Fedexed 2 small boxes of evidence to VSC

10/25/09- Reaffirmation of original I-130 and I-129F petition approvals.
