We filled the 601A waiver since may 1 DHS collected payment on may 9th but I haven t received any receipt from them yet. Has anyone ever send a waiver application? Please share the outcome

I would like to ask: I received my NOA2 on April 29, 2025, and the case has still not been sent to the DOS yet, which is now 82 days. I have been searching for a lot of information but still haven't gotten an exact answer. My NOA2 expires on August 28, 2025. My question is whether the NOA2 will be automatically extended? Since the delay in sending to the DOS was not due to our mistake but rather due to USCIS processing being slow since May 2025.

Also, some information indicates I should contact my embassy in Indonesia. I have tried but have not been successful. Does anyone have the exact number or email that I should contact?

My wife just got her interview appointment date in Bogota and is now scheduling the medical exams. Unfortunately other than COVID and Yellow Fever, she doesn't have any records of her childhood vaccinations. She believes she received them as a child, but never had a vaccination card. I'm understanding she'll need to receive them from the doctor completing the medical examination. Has anybody else been in this situation, and did it cause any delays? I'm concerned that with timelines of some vaccinations, boosters, etc, it may not be complete prior to her visa interview on September 3. I'm hoping that I'm worrying unnecessarily.

Please don't judge my husbands past mistake. My husband had retail theft on his background from September of 2021 as a misdemeanor. He never was booked or served any jail time. The case was dropped in court as well. He has never been in trouble before or after this event. He's been here almost 12 years as permanent resident. He wants to become a citizen finally but we're worried if this will affect him.

Hello everyone! I m interested in applying for my mother in laws tourist visa. She lives in Dominican Republic and has applied several times and ever time they deny her but will not give her a reason.

She owns her home, has a restaurant, two older children there, a car, bank account with money in it. So I m not sure what the reason is for the denial.

She was using a lawyer over there to fill out her paperwork but Im going to fill out the paperwork this time to see if it makes a difference. Any suggestions?
