  1. I'm thinking the process cant be to bad for a 18 year old because there wont be a lot of paperwork as most of the time he was a child.
  2. That makes sense. I didnt look up the price for the N600 but i would rather pay $751 two times for the N400 then to pay $751 and then $1335.
  3. Son did a follow to join with mother 11 years ago and they both are here with me of course so i guess its a matter of it the wife gets citizenship and takes the oath before he turns 18. If it happens after he turns 18 then he will have to file his own n400 or extend his green card for another 10 years..
  4. We are now filling out the n400 form so not sure if this will be all done before the end of the year when he turns 18
  5. He is in the usa with wife and me for the last 11 years
  6. Hi, i am helping my wife fill out the N-400 for her citizenship but i also know that her son who is 17 will follow her upon approval of citizenship. My question is where on form N-400 or if there is another form i have to do for the child to be included to follow his mother for citizenship? Thanks in advance...
