Hi, Congrats on your approvals! I wish everything continues to go quick for you! We applied at the same time and it has been 10 months with no new news. Did you contact USCIS for them to make the process go quicker? Did you add anything in your application that you think helped it get approved quickly? Any advice is appreciated during this waiting process.

Hi everyone, I currently have a pending K1 Petition for my Fiance in Algeria. With everything going on with the trump administration, what are the possibilities that he will be denied AOS here when he applies? Also, I heard this new thing about received government assistance by the petitioner anytime in their life will affect their AOS process. Not sure how true this is but it left me worried because I was received govt assistance all my life growing up and during college i received food stamps. Any advice helps. Its been about 5 months since the application has been pending. No RFE's or nothing yet.
