04.18.2022- Interview done at Minneapolis USCIS Local Office   ✔️ Received N-652 "Congratulations your application has been recommended for approval" during the interview.

05.19.2022- Oath Ceremony in MN

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png

Aun no me llega la NOA2 El 1ro de junio envie la I-129f Solicitud de peticion de novios el 21 recien me llego la NOA1 el 26 de junio de 2007 me hicieron un touch y todavia a estas alturas no he recibido la famosa NOA2 alguien que este en la misma espera que yo que me ayude gracias :unsure:

feb 17 we both arrive in san francisco yey!

june28 biometrics appoinment

sept 15 recieved appt letter aos interview on oct..30

oct 30 passed interview for aos waiting for greencard in the mail !!!

Lo siento que Uds. han tenido que esperar tanto tiempo...en verdad. Si no les han contactado todavia puedes contactarlos para averiguar como esta llendo.

Dice aqui en tu timeline:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as November 7, 2007*.

If this date has passed by more than 10 days or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Al visajourney se piensa que hubiera debido hecho para el 7 de noviembre, y ya ha pasado mas que diez dias. Les puede llamar si quieren.

Abajo he puesto un link para ver el estado de otras personas que enviaron su peticion al centro en Vermont. Parce que hay algunos que todavia tambien estan esperando que enviaron su peticion en el mismo tiempo, pero la mayoria han recibido su respuesta. Podras, tal vez contactarse con alguien de este en la misma poscion que Uds.

Jun 2005 - Visited Peru and asked Pamela to be my girlfriend.

Jan 24, 2008 - Interview Date

Jan 24, 2008 - FIANCEE VISA!!!

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/30/07 NO2 hardcopy has been received yo yo

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/14/07 NV received the case

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

02/10/09 Approval Letter. ouiiiiii

02/20/09 Recived The Permanent Resident card

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

Just received an email from the USCIS that my fiancee and I received our NOA 2 today and that the letter has been mailed to my address!!! I had been so worried, but now the ball is rolling!!!

I couldn't help but share the good news!!! Of course we still have the rest of the process to go through...but that's ok!

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
